I have not even subscribed
I have not even subscribed, but just found out they are taking $34 out of my account for the last 5 month. Never logged on never never downloaded anything and never received an email informing me about anything.
--- The reply from MyPerfectResume state you can cancel within 14 week, but how, when you don't even know you have signed up, further I can't even log in now to cancel as I don't have a username and password. I remember trying to subscribe for Australian-Money-Magazine and the process got hijacked and I reverted out, Now clearly that was MyPerfectResume behind that. Still, never downloaded anything, never logged in and never got a confirmation email. You may have a good product, I don't know, but what I do know is you have a dishonest business model.

We have been trying to cancel a My Perfect Resume subscription for 3 months. Canceling the subscription is very misleading process. It takes you from one screen to the next and it makes you think its canceled, then it charges you again. When I called to talk to a representative to request a refund for 3 month and to cancel the subscription I was told we keep activating it again. Which is not true. This online business is a SCAM!!! Please DO NOT USE My Perfect Resume. I was also told they can only refund 1 month. Now we are waiting to get an email from the management team to approve the other 2 months. I will not stop fighting this company until I get my money back!!! Please save yourself time and money and DO NOT login to this SCAM site.

Everything was great easy to use I got what I needed customer service was great I was going to cancel but they talked me into staying for a lower price. My only problem is I was trying to switch it over to my bank card because I don't want $4.95 going on my credit card that has 22% interest each month and it wouldn't allow me to put it on my debit card. That's the only reason I'm canceling.
