Thinking that I paid a one-time fee of 2.95 to create a resume, when in reality I was signed up for a subscription for 3 months now—a subscription that I had no use for and didn’t even know existed until yesterday—very unhappy that I literally threw away $72 to you folks. Very sneaky on your part.

I never signed up for anything more…
I never signed up for anything more than a simple resume, that's it. Nothing else. Cancelled right away.
I have been charged since March for services I did not, nor will ever use, without my knowledge or permission. First rep I spoke with kept talking over me and trying to sell me some other services. I finally said STOP and I want to talk with a supervisor. The rep hung up on me. I called back an got a much better rep. But I was told I would receive info about whether I would be receiving a full refund within 48 hours. That was a full week ago not and I have not heard anything. I definitely would not recommend your business to anyone.

If I could I would give them zero…
If I could I would give them zero stars. I signed up for the trial and paid the fee. Then I was automatically signed up for a reoccurring subscription which I detected on my bank account pending charges. I called to request a cancellation and refund. The rep was super pushy in getting me to keep the subscription even after explaining I don't have funds. She dropped the price to 11.95/mo, I said no, then she dropped it to 4.95.mo. I said no. Then she said ok since you didn't call to cancel prior to the 14 days I will refund you half the billed amount. I called two days after! They are billing me half the monthly subscription when it's only 2 days into the subscription. She couldn't do anything about it and said a supervisor would call me back in 2 days. We shall see. This is an unethical and shady business practice. I will report them to the BBB after this review. But please be aware.
