This is the only way you can actually talk to a real person
They sent the letter to inform about the ticket long after it was issued so from £60 it went to £100, there is no stamp on the envelope or anything to prove that the letter has been sent late. It is a true scam!!!

As a courier, I've had a delivery for a company located on the grounds of John Lennon Airport in Liverpool.
At arrival the company's gates were closed so I took 5 minutes on the phone with the customer only to find out that I can deliver to a different address. That was enough to be charged with a £100 penalty and my appeal rejected even though in their photo is clear that I am stopped outside the company's inscription with the engine running...

We have paid a parking charge from this company from the Iceland in Leytonstone and they keep sending out threatening letters about taking us to court. I have been back on the website and there is no way of getting hold of them. No eamil address and no one answering the phone just an automated message! All i want to do is prove we have paid and to stop the letters turning up!

Letter arrived the day it was at the lower rate. Website is crap.
Popped to the airport to pick up and stopped at the temporary traffic lights friends got in and then the traffic started to move. Bristol airport

Parked my car in a disabled parking bay, put my mother's disabled badge in the front dash, went around to the passenger side to help my 94 year old mother who has dementia out of the car, she was moaning and verbally having a go at me because she didn't know who l was, at some point during this upset my mother must of caught the disabled badge and knocked it off the dash into the foot well, l managed to get her out the car all the time reassuring her that lm her son, unfortunately l hadn't noticed the disabled badge was no longer on display due to me being far more concerned about making sure my mother was ok and standing up, helped her away from the car and shut the car door with my leg while still holding on to my mother, got back to the car and found a parking ticket on my window screen, just like to say a big thank you to this company for being extremely inconsiderate and not interested in my appeal, hope that one day you get the same disrespect while helping your family members you don't even know who you are despite all you do for them, unfortunately l could give you a - star because you definitely deserve it

Parked at a supermarket. Literally had to pay £1 to park and then you'd get it back. Charged me £100. what goes around comes around and it looks like the owner of this company has a lot of bad karma on its way. I'm sure at some point this will be made illegal as it's literally theft and conning people.

4am Bristol Airport parking.. arrived to find the height restriction barrier was too low and I had a roof box on the car so I got out and took the roof box off the car and put it in the boot of the car. I was on my own. They fined me £100 for stopping regardless of the fact that I had paid for parking on site and I was at the entrance to the car park. I appealed the decision and was told the typical computer says no answer of “there are signs up, you stopped, hence we reject your appeal”… what was I supposed to do in that circumstance? No common sense, this is just a form of theft.

Dirty stinking thieves x 2 ticket for sitting in my car waiting for someone. £120 go get a life may your children suffer the same consequences

No way of contacting this company no telephone number and no email address. No website other than the payment page.

4am Wet Dark night no idea where I am and I stop for about 60seconds and end up with a £60 bill. Liverpool John Lennon I will never go near you or use any company associated with you ever again…

I parked in the one hour pick up car park at Leeds/Bradford Airport and left within the one hour slot. I'm not from around the area and find most airports quite confusing to say the least! I pulled over on what I thought was a public road for literally 30 seconds while I typed in where I needed to go on Google maps ( typing into a phone while driving is now illegal) and a week later these Robbing gits sent me a £100 fine. Be careful pulling over for even a few seconds in that area!
