Mynutrikidfrance Arvostelua 

Op de website van de verkoper wordt een 90 dagen tevredenheidsgarantie aangeboden. Volgens de website kun je het product binnen 90 dagen retourneren als je niet tevreden bent en krijg je je geld terug.

Ik heb de retourinstructies op de website gevolgd en een e-mail gestuurd naar het door de verkoper opgegeven support-e-mailadres. Deze e-mail kon echter niet worden afgeleverd omdat het e-mailadres niet bestaat of geen e-mails kan ontvangen.

Daarna heb ik contact geprobeerd via het algemene informatie-e-mailadres van het bedrijf, maar ook daarop heb ik nooit een reactie ontvangen.

Vervolgens heb ik geprobeerd telefonisch contact op te nemen via het telefoonnummer op de website. Ook dit bleek niet bereikbaar. Het bedrijf presenteert zich als een Amerikaans bedrijf, maar het vermelde telefoonnummer blijkt afkomstig te zijn uit de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten en werkt niet.

Daarnaast bleek het product rechtstreeks uit China te worden verzonden, terwijl dit vooraf niet duidelijk werd gecommuniceerd.

Wat ik nog kwalijker vind, is dat tijdens het bestelproces ongemerkt een abonnement lijkt te zijn afgesloten. Hierdoor wordt automatisch maandelijks een nieuwe bestelling geplaatst. In mijn geval gaat het zelfs om een levering van een voorraad voor zes maanden per zending, omdat dat overeenkomt met mijn oorspronkelijke bestelling. Dit was voor mij niet duidelijk tijdens het bestellen.

Doordat het retour-e-mailadres niet werkt, er niet wordt gereageerd op andere contactpogingen en telefonisch contact onmogelijk is, kan ik geen gebruik maken van de geadverteerde 90 dagen tevredenheidsgarantie. Op basis van mijn ervaring raad ik anderen aan zeer voorzichtig te zijn voordat zij bij dit bedrijf bestellen.

EDITED: I no longer think this company is a scam. My order was finally delivered today (order placed on June 4, received June 30) and I did not have to pay anything extra to receive the parcel (shipped from China, I am in Portugal). The packaging of the gummies looks professional. However, customer service is still 0 (had they bothered to respond to my emails I would have upped it to 4 stars).
Looking at the ingredients (Daily Value: Vit C 29%, Vit D 125%, Calcium Gluconate 50%, Magnesium Glycinate 24%, Zinc 6mg, plus total sugars 4g, Carbohydrates 3g, plus a "growth mix" that doesn't specify the amounts of arginine, carnitine, glutamine, collagen, chondroitin, glucosamine and ashwagandha) I am not convinced these gummies will make any significant difference in my 14 year old's growth. But these won't hurt either, so I'll give them a try for a few months. Even if only for a placebo effect.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Mynutrikid's Instagram ad shows that it is a French company, so I believed that the product is made in France according to the EU regulations, and also ships from France. I expected to receive it in Portugal within a few days.
I noticed that it's shipping from China when I hadn't received my order after a week. I contacted the seller, but they have not responded to my 2 emails.
Had I known that these growth gummies are coming from China I wouldn't have ordered them. Or maybe I still would have if the ad explained exactly where and how they are made, what quality control processes are followed, etc. But since China was not mentioned at all, I now feel that this company is not trustworthy, and I shouldn't give these vitamins to my child if I ever even receive them. (My order tracking still shows "in transit" but it doesn't show any movement, and it's already been 3 weeks.) I am now also wondering whether all the glowing reviews are fake since no one mentions China or that it takes a long time to receive the order.
The misleading advertisement, unresponsiveness, and lack of progress with shipping tracking leads me to believe that Mynutrikid is a scam. I will contact my bank and request a chargeback on my credit card.

I ordered this product from Instagram. But now I regret it because I just asked Claude AI about it, and this is what it said:

That is a very large gap between self-reported and independent reviews, and "activates growth plates" is a strong medical claim with no support behind it.

Excellent produit!
J'ai 4 enfants et on a pu constater de réelle amélioration avec en particulier la croissance en 7 mois de prise entre 6 cm et 10 cm pour certain alors que mon fils aîné avait un retard de croissance dû à des problèmes de santé. Aucune maladie virale l'immunité a été renforcé en complément de leur hygiène de vie bien sûr. Bref je le recommande en tout point! Mais c'est un budget.

Je recommande ce produit à tous les parents qui hésitent, ou qui cherchent des solutions. Mon fils a pris plus de 8 cm en 5 mois, il dort mieux, est plus concentré à l’école ce qui le bonheur de sa maîtresse. Mon seul problème actuellement est qu’il faille changer ses vêtements et chaussures tous les trimestres 😓
