Mymoonlamp Arvostelua

Excellent item! Well received by my daughter and a lovely keep sake to mark special occasions. I’ve just ordered another, highly recommended and will continue to use

Kept in touch by email, offered great service

I was concerned the Christmas ornament wouldn’t arrive on time. Sienna responded quickly to both my emails. Item arrived in plenty of time and is lovely gift.

Many thanks for your help.

Skye was a pleasure to deal with. My delivery was stuck in Shannon and it looked like it wouldn't be here for Christmas.Skye went out of their way and contacted the courier company and it was delivered that day. Im so happy. Thanks again skye.

I have placed an order for a Christmas gift on 6th of December and I still haven’t received it ,when I put in tracking no says it’s in transit,I thought it was coming from the uk and I do think they should make it clear before you place an order that it’s coming from china,I’m very disappointed

Quick replies, friendly and extremely helpful. Will 100% order again. Despite one of my products arriving damaged the support team have been fantastic in sorting the issue.

Lentissimi!

I bought 2 of the stars for my best friend who lost her father this year and her mother in the 90's. The design is immaculate. The photos in the centre are really clear for being so small. To say my friend loves them is an understatement. Amazing product amazing quality. Will defo recommend, thank you
