First necklace arrived, not made correctly and fell apart. They did replace it and second one arrived in the same condition! I just give up, very very poor quality, don’t waste you money.

Purchased a 'Sterling Silver Engraved Triple Disc Personalised Family Necklace With Diamond', which appeared to be of an acceptable quality when received.
The triple discs became slightly blemished and have been gently cleaned. After the clean, it appears the triple rings are not Sterling Silver but just silver coloured or thinly chromed plain metal rings - very much like a washer fitted with bolts or screws to mechanical or electrical appliances. The necklace itself appears to be Sterling Silver as it has cleaned very well and has the hallmark. The item was mainly purchased due to the triple ring design, and not for the necklace.
So, I've paid well over £100 for a chain.
Their emailed reply was, "The pendant rings are flat, engraved sterling-silver components and have a different construction and surface finish to the three-dimensional diamond-cut curb chain. Differences in appearance and the way individual components respond to cleaning do not indicate that they are made from different materials". Basically, a poor excuse for the poor materials used for the pendant rings.

I am extremely disappointed with the response I have received regarding the ring I ordered.

I have ordered several items from your site previously and have always been very happy with them, which is why I felt confident ordering this ring as a gift for someone special.

I had two names engraved on the ring, but unfortunately the engraving is so small and unclear that you simply cannot make out the names. You have to hold the ring right up to your face and squint to even attempt to read them. I have very good eyesight, so I do not believe this is a case of me simply having difficulty seeing small writing.

When I contacted customer service, I was asked to provide photographs, which I did. The problem is actually even more obvious in the photographs, as the names cannot be made out at all. If I move the ring any closer to the camera, the photograph simply becomes blurred.

Despite this, I have been told that the ring is fine and that the engraving meets your standard. I find this very difficult to accept. If the names engraved on a personalised gift cannot actually be read, how can that reasonably be considered acceptable?

I was first offered 5% off, which I declined, and then 10% off. A discount does not resolve the problem. What am I supposed to do with a personalised gift that can't be read.

I just received a third emailing offering 10 percent back. Can you teach your staff to read emails. As I already explained three times I dont want money back or the ring.

Honnêtement, ce n’est pas la réponse que j’attendais. À chaque fois, on me demande de patienter ou de prendre contact avec le transporteur, comme si le problème venait de moi.

Comme je vous l’ai déjà expliqué, je n’arrive pas à contacter le transporteur. Je n’ai accès qu’à un robot qui ne me permet pas d’obtenir une réponse ou une solution concrète.

Cela fait maintenant plus d’un mois que j’attends ma commande, et le suivi indique en plus qu’elle a été livrée alors que je n’ai rien reçu. Je comprends qu’il puisse y avoir des problèmes de livraison, mais dans ce cas, c’est à vous de prendre directement contact avec votre transporteur et de faire les démarches nécessaires pour retrouver le colis.

J’ai déjà patienté suffisamment longtemps. J’ai besoin maintenant d’une solution concrète, pas qu’on me demande encore d’attendre ou de contacter un service que je n’arrive même pas à joindre.

Les dije lo ocurrido y no me han dado solución. Me he quedado sin 40€, sin regalo, sin contestación por parte de las dos empresas (Namenecklace y Imile) y pagando el seguro de envío... Son unos estafadores!!!

Sehr schlechte Qualität, nach 1 Reklamation bekam ich einen neuen Anhänger, sah genauso aus . Ich wollte mein Geld wieder haben ,um die 25€ und die sagen mir die können mir 5€ wiedergeben . Was ist das ?

I had an issue with my item arriving broken and it was replaced free of charge in great time, and staff member Amy L was wonderful at communicating and being sympathetic to what had happened. I have ordered previous to this in the past and that was a good experience as well. Great products.

My shipment came damaged and they told me it was my problem. No refund. No discussion. This is a scam company. Buyer beware.

Wir haben ein Foto von uns eingeschickt, damit daraus ein Bild im Anime-/One-Piece-Stil erstellt wird. Als Referenz haben wir unser Originalfoto geschickt – erwartet hatten wir eine stilisierte Version davon.

Das Ergebnis war leider extrem enttäuschend. Das Bild hat kaum Ähnlichkeit mit unserem Originalfoto. Proportionen und Gesichtszüge stimmen überhaupt nicht und sogar offensichtliche Dinge wurden falsch dargestellt – ich habe braune Haare und wurde plötzlich blond gezeichnet.

Der Stil wirkt außerdem deutlich schlechter als die Vorschau oder Beispiele auf der Website. Insgesamt sieht das Ergebnis eher lieblos und billig aus und hat nichts mit dem zu tun, was wir bestellt haben. So können wir das Bild leider nicht einmal aufhängen.

Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Qualität und eine tatsächliche Ähnlichkeit mit dem eingesendeten Foto erwartet. Als wir der Seite daraufhin geschrieben haben, wurde uns ein 5€ Gutschein angeboten. 50€ für dieses Bild sind trotzdem verschwendet. Sehr enttäuschend.

Die Figuren sah auf dem Referenzen (erstellten Bildern) anders aus. Männer Figur ist gut, außer Haarfarbe ist rot (was stimmt nicht und sieht auf dem Referenz hellbraun aus). Frauen Figur ist mit kleinem Kopf in Vergleich zum Männer Figur und hat kein Mund. Etwas frustrierend

Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the products and the customer service. Issues can happen, but what really matters is how they are handled, and in this case, it was excellent.
