My Local Toolbox Arvostelua

Lewis came promptly to view and quote, and it was very reasonable. The job itself was done quickly and efficiently with a minimum of mess. He was knowledgable, polite and not overcharging. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Excellent! A 'fuss free' system that works well. Thank you

The agent, My Local Toolbox, referred 2 trades people within a day of my posting. The first demanded £50 pre-payment (presumably to deter time-wasters) which I agreed to pay, being desperate to get my TV up and running in time for the start of the World Cup. NSW Aerials (Colne) came the following day. I was advised to install a dish as ordinary terrestrial "RF" signal would give me only basic channels. Sole trader chap completed the job in 2 hours including mounting a new dish on roof where an old one had been, routing discreet cables inside and connecting a Freesat box. Job cost £264 (without Freesat box) and works well

Great general maintenance. Prompt and reliable. Would recommend.

Steve was the first person to respond to my request and offered service that morning. I explained it was non urgent and that l was not present at the job site. We agreed he could liaise with a neighbour which he did and the job was done a couple of days later when he was in the area. The work involved freeing a jammed door and lock - which he spent some time trying to re-furbish but which was ultimately unsuccessful. Steve replaced the lock with a new 'old' one (he explained a modern lock would have been too small for the existing hole in the door). He had previously given me an approximate cost estimate for the work which proved almost spot on and which I was happy to pay direct into his bank account on the day. Excellent service.

Very good website got the job done Very quickly..I think on a par with check a trade.

The plumber was very good, & got the job done, only problem, I DONT HAVE A SMART PH,so there was a problem paying him, i had to send a cheque, which was OK, but because i couldnt pay him, from my ph to his, as i said I DONT HAVE A SMART PH, i was getting emails asking me to pay up!!!, any way he got my cheque last Fri, so all OK {i hope}

I am very happy with the finished job.The prep work done to ensure a smooth finish was done to a very high standard.Job completed & very happy

I asked for an electrician, within a day or 2 I was contacted by a few. The quotes were reasonable, so I accepted a quote from CJM Electrical who done the job within the time I needed it done by.

Very pleased with the contractors that applied, so had a difficult decision to make.
Very easy site to use, will certainly use again.

Very happy, received quotes within a short space of placing request. Went with first quote. Can not fault the work carried out in any way. Professional, great communication and at an affordable cost

I was impressed by his knowledge, and the speed at which he diagnosed the issue, and then repaired it, we also enjoyed some good banter between ourselves too.

Excellent service from start to finish. Will definitely use them again.

So easy to use and safe in the knowledge that only qualified trades will be sending quotes. Excellent system and very quick responses. I entered details five days ago, received quotes and work started yesterday .

Excellent way to find trusted local trades people for a job.

Fast, professional and fantastic.
Got the job done in 30 mins.

Excellent experience, definitely using this again.

I found Gary of Gillen joinery, Cookstown on my local toolbox.I needed a wardrobe assembled. I had just about given up as this is a small job and Gary came to the rescue. He was prompt, very quick to do the job and tidy. An ultimate gentleman. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gillen joinery, Cookstown. Cheers again Gary
