I ordered a lava roofing kit of this company over 2 1/2 weeks ago three days into the order. I received just two packages out of eight the delivery company said it’s best to return it so it can come out altogether. I have been chasing this every single day emails not one person picks up the phone from any depot. You can’t get no reply anywhere really bad service will not recommend.

This company are really OUTLAWS, They take your money but don’t deliver the goods. No one answers your calls or responds to emails DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are CON MERCHANTS!

Ordered online today had a call from bobbie to say that she didn't stock the order in branch but the website allowed me to order for collection she has now sorted things for delivery at no extra cost again excellent first class service will have know hesitation recommending roofing outlaw

The website is a bit hard to navigate, but it all worked out well, and Received my order Promptly

The Roofing Outlaw are an excellent company and their video is particularly helpful. We have another project to complete when we finish this one and all i would ask is that the boxed tins are packed a little better as 2 of them had been well and truly battered but were thankfully not leaking it might well of been the couriers handling of them during transit.
I would definitely 100% recommend the Roofing Outlaw as they are well priced the product is excellent and they have good deals.

The customer service was flawless (even when I had to call because I wrote down the wrong address), nothing was too much trouble and because the ridge kit was sent so quickly, I was able to bring the job forward. Service like this and quality like this is what makes the difference.

These guys are roofing experts who have a great deal of indepth knowledge of what products to use on what type of roof. Great prices for quality products and take time to explain how to use them

Very friendly service and the staff where extremely helpful with advice on what products to use on my flat roof and aluminium guttering. I have used other roofing outlets before but these guys have the experience and knowledge to give you the correct advice for you to progress on your own.
