Terrible customer service after I purchased their light and got an electric shock! Cheap products and they simply don’t care to help when it’s clearly their error!

in late December/early January I placed two orders with MY LENSBALL , about two weeks apart. I have never received them, I have sent a number of emails stating this to no avail, I have not heard from this company at all until today when An email was sent saying we have missed you and showing me now the latest items for sale. I have just had an email saying that the two emails I've sent this morning could not be delivered, no such email address. Avoid this company, I've given up hope of ever receiving my order. it seems like I have to give it a star rating so I did one star because it didn't give me a lower option, avoid like the plague

Terrible business, no phone number for a quick approach, only an email address and chat box that do not provide any feedback for customer enquiries. I ordered a rotating display table 3 weeks ago and I have not received any tracking number or delivery notification thus far.

Excellent quality softbox lighting kit, great customer support with the right advice given in terms of number of lights and brightness required.

This place is a scam, I ordered double lighting kit over a month ago, their email bounced back, they don’t respond via chatbot.
Avoid

I ordered the soft box twin lighting kit in June. Received one working light after a delay ( which they did communicate about) second light was missing an adaptor. No remote either. Numerous communication emails explaining, photographing missing parts. Assured they would replace. Still nothing . So for $324 one , flimsy working light. A lot of effort and extremely frustrating. It will be a risk if you buy from them. Never again.
You get what you pay for.
Now have bought profoto and so happy.

Excellent quality Lensball, received bonus pouch and cleaning cloth.

Sarah was very helpful and even sent me a Lensball E- Book guide.

This is a fraudulent business.

This business is not registered in Australia and the street address listed is fake (just do a Google Maps search and see for yourself).

I purchased camera lighting off them. I never received it and chased them up. They said they would resend it (without checking if I had received it) which made me suspicious. No product was ever received. I managed to get the money back through my credit card provider.

A month later they charged $595 to my card and called it an 'ATO' transaction (obviously thinking that ppl won't question a transaction with this description). After a 5 week investigation the credit card provider found in my favour and refunded me the money.

I have now cancelled that card.

The business owner per whois.com is Ateeq Sheikh.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS!

Ordered on 25 Sept 2024. Emailed on 9 Oct 2024 asking when my order would be shipped... no response. 1 Nov 2024 tried every channel to contact, email, instagram, chat on their website, got a one line response, then an email my order was "cancelled" but not refunded. Have lodged a dispute with my bank to do a chargeback via my credit card.

Either scammers or the worst business ever, the outcome has been the same regardless of intent, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, wasted so much of my time.

The MyLensBall has completely transformed my photography! The crystal-clear quality and unique perspectives are simply amazing.

Where is my order?
Order placed with express delivery and shall have not received order over a week. With follow up emails (they don't have phone contact) was given a tracking number which Aust Post still hasn't registered on their system which is a red flag of a scam.
