I ordered a backpack from a website and found myself "registered" on this website and the money I paid for the backpack was "converted" into the registration fee on the website! BEWARE, they are scammers!

My first experience was very disappointing. I was cut off in the chat. The second person was more helpful and explained things to me. I wasn't sure if my requests would actually happen and was very concerned. I received an email from the Escalation Team Management apologizing for the inconvenience I went through and assured me that my membership was cancelled as I requested. Not only that but they made an exception and will be giving me a refund.
