I was extremely happy with my purchase it was exactly how I hoped it would be.
It was well packed to ensure no damage would occur during posting.
Although they quoted 3 to 4 days for dispatch I asked if this could be improved as I had ordered it late for an upcoming birthday present.
They advised if I could pay a little extra they would dispatch it in two working days which I was happy to pay the extra and I received it next day.
Can’t thank them enough for helping me out and getting it to me in time to give it to my brother for his 75th birthday and he was also delighted with it.
Would definitely buy from them again

False advertising of "Engraved" products
They're selling "Engraved" products that are just printed (I have screenshots to prove it, before they changed product names). The end result appears to be a much lower quality product than what you would expect (not LOW quality, just LOWER quality). They will not accept (or are too stupid to realise) that they shouldn't be selling them as "engraved" and will not refund. Reported to trading standards and shopify.

We never said these were engraved at all, it says personalised in the description, you took it upon yourself to assume that it’s engraved. The finished product is far from low quality and from the photo you sent us it looks great. You wouldn’t except what we told you after we responded to your emails several times and demanded a refund or another product to be sent out. If there was a mistake on our part we would have done this straight away but there wasn’t. We have flagged this review as false and untrue.

Placed my order on 2nd July - Order #8821. It was a personalised so emailed them and no response. Emailed again - no response. Emailed again - no response. Asked for a full refund - no response.Happy to take your money but nothing in return. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Avoid at all costs
I bought an item from them on 21 May 2025 and they took payment straight away but immediately when I clicked on the confirmation it said the order was cancelled. I've contacted them via FB Messenger which seems the only way I get a rare reply, and the last timeframe they told me to expect a refund was on 11 June and said it could be up to 5 days. It's now 28 June 2025 and still no refund. Avoid buying from them at all costs.

My unhappy moments
A few weeks ago I ordered a small ornament from 'my happy moments' and since then I have received nothing - no ornament, no information (e.g. that the item is out of stock) and in spite of many messages, no refund. Not really a good way to run a business, I'll certainly never order from here again

80th BIRTHDAY CYSTOCRAFT BUTTERFLY
I ordered at the last minute as a little extra for my mum's 80th Birthday, then I read the reviews here and feared the worst !
Ordered on Friday, dispatched Tuesday and delivered on the Thursday, absolutely no issues and my mum loved it.

Really pleasantly surprised. Ordered an engraved watch, the watch was beautiful, the engraving was perfect and the recipient was made up. So reasonably priced and quick delivery. Will look here first for any personalised gifts

Don’t expect to receive what you order!
Ordered (#8471) some toy planes on April 12th. Supposed to be 2-4 days delivery. Still not arrived. I’ve had email contact but not heard anything since they asked me to confirm my address - 3 days ago! Not good.

I have emailed 8 times, contacted on instagram, and used the online contact form twice and NO reply and 1 month 1 day ago I ordered the item which would apparently arrive in 2-4 days! I am beyond fuming and would rate zero if i could.
