DONT ORDER WITH THEM!
They cancelled my order, £50 worth, but wouldn't reply to any of my 4 emails or give a refund. They should be shut down

I have tried and tried to contact this company as I never received my item. There is just no way of doing so.
They keep emailing me to write a review but every time I do it never appears on their site!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AS CAN ONLY CONCLUDE IT IS SCAM SITE!!!!!

NO contact after several emails. Disputed purchase through my bank for them to send me tracking information which shows me my parcel was delivered half across the country!! Clearly through Royal Mail… now I actually have the information. So no item and no refund!! disgusting. I just would appreciate an email back.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered items over a month ago, and while they had no problem taking my money, the items still haven’t arrived. I’ve emailed their customer service twice, and both times received no response at all. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and it feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. Worst place ever!! Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else. I absolutely do not recommend shopping here.

Don't bother, they take your money, NEVER send the item you order, make excuses, promise a refund and you NEVER get it!!!!

First time we have bought from this website. Very impressed with the standard of the personalised product we bought. Reasonably priced. Great service from the team on the ‘contact us’ page. Would recommend ❤️

I realised that I had entered an incorrect delivery address. I contacted them via email as soon as the order had gone through to update details. No reply.

I tried again the next day. No reply.

I have now emailed them four times and not received a reply and the gift is needed for a 7 year old's birthday tomorrow.

There are no phone numbers or social media accounts for this company. Further, the address on their TrustPilot page is incomplete/fake. There is no address listed on their company website.

I checked the Companies House website and there are three companies with 'Happy Moments' in their titles, all of which have been dissolved. The last was in August 2024.

If they are still trading after dissolving, then this is fraudulent.

I will report it to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) online or by calling 0300 123 2040.
You should do the same if you have been scammed.

I wish that I had read the reviews beforehand...

My order never arrived and in spite of sending emails to their sales people I have never had a reply and certainly no refund.
Dreadful company, wish I'd read their reviews before ordering.

You sent me a Wine Glass with the King’s Crest on it last month with the base broken off & you still haven’t had the decency to send me a replacement for it 😡

This company needs taking off the internet for fraudulent activity! Report them to trading standards if you have still not received your money!

After paying and anticipation, my order was canceled without being informed about it without any emails or texts and I tried contacting them but to no avail I did not receive a refund. They're scammers.

SCAM COMPANY! Do not order anything they are a fake con you won’t receive anything. They do not email back or respond to the contact form.

Terrible experience.. disappointed I have waited 3 weeks and it's past the occasion I needed it for ..I have e mailed 4 times once asked for address for no response..wish I read reviews first ..I have been on to bank to cancel payment..now I need to find another gift ...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Order not received - 11 days after it was ordered (ordered 30.06.24). Disappointing as I can’t find the product I ordered in any other stores.

Update: still not received at the 30th of July. A useful tips to other people experiencing the same would be to contact your bank. Natwest reverted the money back in to my account after I made a dispute on the payment.

Item was delivered on time and very pleased with the engraving on tankard, which was a 21st present. would certainly recommend this company.
