Betrug, bitte vermeidet Bestellungen auf dieser Seiter zu tätigen!!!!!

Ich habe meine Bestellung am 20.03 getätigt und bis heute noch nichts erhalten. Die Sendung wird seit dem 21.03 angekündigt, ohne Erfolg.
Der Kundenservice ist sogut wie nicht existent.
Da ich seit dem Wochenende vergeblich versuche jemanden zu erreichen, sei es telefonisch oder per mail.
Ich werde wohl durch Paypal mein Geld zurückerstatten müssen.

I am afriad this shop is not real
I orderd one month ago and they charged me but I never received anything.
Of course I friendly reached out to their customer outlook email (…) after 8 days I wrote them on sociald because I have not received a response. This was 30 days ago I have been ghosted and my money is gone. Stay away

I ordered in January a package with 3…

I ordered in January a package with 3 products, that I paied but never arrived. From the tracking at DHL the package was not handed over.
I can’t reach anyone through Mails to get a refund for the missing delivery. It’s a big fraud!

Order never sent & no refund

I placed an order on Jan 15. While the package had been "electronically registered" via DHL, the actual package was clearly never handed over by the seller.

As I was still within the 14-day period you can legally ask for an order to be cancelled in Germany (Widerrufsrecht), I decided to try using the chat function on the website to get in touch with somebody but received no response. So, I emailed the contact email address on the website asking them for a refund. I did not receive any response back nor a refund.

I spent close to 70 euros, so it was very unfortunate to trust this company would provide the service and products I paid for but instead to not receive anything and to be ignored.

My advice to this company would be to send the products that people pay for. And if it's not possible, refund them. I believe this is the simple, ethical thing to do. Otherwise, ignoring emails and not sending the products feels like the behaviour of a scam entity. I would advise others to not purchase from this company.

Scammers

I placed an order on feb 12. until today 27feb my shipment still electronic registered with DHL and they didn't send it. Lucky me i used my KLARNA card to pay after receiving the order. So 5 days from now i will ask for cancellation of my order with them and they will deal with this sh**y Website

Keine Ware erhalten

Keine Ware erhalten. Es reicht nicht, den Versand bei DHL nur anzukündigen. Das scheint bei diesem Onlineshop Masche zu sein. Auf E-Mails wird nicht reagiert und Fristen werden verstreichen lassen. Das sieht sehr nach Betrug aus.

Mittlerweile habe ich meine Zahlung über PayPal zurückerhalten. My Hair World - nie wieder!

Nachdem wochenlang keine Reaktion kam und PayPal den Kaufpreis erstattet hat, hat My Hair World über TrustPilot Hintergrundinformationen angefordert. Wer E-Mails lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil.. My Hair World kann das offensichtlich nicht ...

Keine Ware erhalten

Ich hatte nie Probleme mit diesem Shop bis Januar 2024. Ich habe bis heute meine Produkte nicht erhalten. Die Ware wurde bei DHL abgekündigt, seitdem hat sich nichts am Status geändert. Telefonisch oder per Mail erhält man keine Rückmeldung.
Das ganze ist jetzt mit Paypal in Klärung. Ich hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld zurück.
Werde hier nie wieder bestellen!!
