Some how I got signed up by mistake. The cancelation process was easy and fast

Good communication. Was prompt and understanding about cancelling a subscription. We will see how it turns out in the end but so far happy with the communication and promptness of response.

I was charged for a subscription I did not request. However, Diamond has been prompt with taking care of my refund. I can appreciate that.

SCAM. They refused to give my money back after stealing it. Check out the 1 star reviews they're very accurate. This company tricks you and makes you think you're buying from a completey different company (for me it was babylist). If you're seeing any 4 and 5 star reviews that's because they make you give them a good review or else they won't refundyou. They still haven't refunded me
the other $10 but I guess I've lost a lot less than a lot of other people. I've reported this company to the BBB and the attorney generals office so hopefully they Crack down on this scam.
