Good Value for Money

Website really easy to use. Needed some supplements and they were cheapest on this site, sent straight away and delivered with 48 hours! Quick and easy and would definitely be a returning customer

Wouldn’t issue a refund

Bought 2 boxes of the wrong item. The picture that was advertised was the product I was after, however the website allocates you a random flavour. (This could have been my fault to check) however the issue was when I asked for a return. By law any item you order ‘online’ can be returned. I’ve had to email them multiple times to request a return address/ Label so I can return them. However they are so desperate to hold onto your money, they demanded to know a reason I was returning it. After explaining that should have been that but no, instead they were so lazy and couldn’t be bothered to do anything, they offered a 20% discount of my next sale if I just kept the product. Or a 20% refund if I kept the item! How desperate to you have to be! After I said no I wasn’t happy and I want to return it, they just ignored my emails, going to take this further, see if I can make a claim against them, but if you want to save yourself the hassle just use Amazon or a bigger company. These are terrible don’t buy from here, big mistake, also when I’ve took a closer look some of there other reviews are just friends of the company.

Chris here, I’ve just seen your review and I completely understand your frustration. I’m genuinely sorry this happened. I looked into your order personally and discovered that the warehouse sent the wrong shaker twice, which is completely on me. That’s not the level of service I ever want anyone to experience.

I reached out right away to get it sorted and offered to send the correct Superman shaker and refund both incorrect orders to make things right. I’d still love the chance to put this right for you - if you could please drop me a quick email at hello@mygymsupplements.shop or reply to my WhatsApp message, I’ll get it fixed straight away.

I take full responsibility for the mistake and appreciate the feedback - it helps me improve and make sure this doesn’t happen again.

The service is excellent

The service is excellent. Ordered it on Thursday and had it delivered early on the Friday. Taste is 5star and would highly recomend it and will be ordering again. No complaints whatsoever
