Had a great time shopping with mygiftfavor.

I made a purchase using a debit card, but I never wanted a subscription, and it was charged to my account. I never requested an expense, and they charged me for something I never wanted. Theft.

literally they are just a scam! they deducted money from my account without my concern and when I asked they assured me that they will refund my money back but its been 9 days till i didn’t got any refund. They are just fraud and scam! they force one to give a 5star review on trustpilot! Scam Scam Scam!

Mygiftfavor was helpful in finding unique gifts and other kitchen items. And main reason for the 5-star is I got the help from the Agent named Mason, who was very helpful, as he helped me clear my refund, which got stuck.

I by accident joined the mygiftfavor platform and discontinued as soon as possible. Very quickly I got a private message and a personal case manager to close the account and to credit payments done.

The customer service is excellent and Paula was very helpful

They promise me to do quick cancellation and refund my money. So, I'm waiting for the confirmation now.

Active por error la suscripción y estaba un poco preocupada, y Harry pudo ayudarme resolver todo, tuvo mucha paciencia y eso se valora muchísimo

Don’t trust the positive reviews.
I got enrolled automatically, even though I’m sure I didn’t tick the box for that, because I noticed it while I was making the purchase.
When I emailed customer service I did get a swift reply, but initially they cancel the subscription after 14 days and during those 2 weeks they’ll still charge your credit card every 2 days for over $60.
When you don’t agree with that, you get referred to the escalation team.
They cancel these charges, if you leave a positive review on Trustpilot.
I’ve now edited my review after the 2 weeks cancel period have passed.
They do get 2 stars for the swift responses and because in the end I did receive the refund and wasn’t charged extra.
