Badley damaged and no response from company

My furry prints, did get intouch with me after several days to apologise for my damaged prints and advised that they had an issue with their email and contact forms , they offered a replacement ( unfortunately it was too late for my gift ) however they did also offer a full refund which I have accepted and they also sent me the file for the image which was very good of them ..I am very pleased that they did get intouch and rectified my issues ....

I ordered an A4 print as a gift , there was no correspondence with regards to delivery or aknowledgement of my order. When it arrived it was badly damaged , crumpled and bent in one corner and torn in another it was poorly packaged in an envelope with a hard back but not enough to ensure it was not damaged. I have used the contact us form on the website but had no response, also tried to email but this bounced back saying mailbox full at nearly £37 inc postage the item was not cheap unfortunately I am now out of pocket and with no gift .
