Very quick, knowledgeable and pleasant man who sorted a manufacturing fault out in short order.

I was very pleased that the 2nd technician Ben was able to correct the problem unlike the previous technician who implied there wasn’t a real problem with my sofa. The loss of density was ‘natural settlement’ apparently, when this had happened after 6 months of purchase. The 2nd technician Ben was extremely helpful and friendly and quickly rectified the issue without any issues.

The technican, Alex advised me his estimated arrival time a day before the appointment date and he arrived punctually. He is polite, professional and answered all our queries. He fixed the problem and inspected thoroughly if any other problem arising related to our reclining sofa.

Really good company to deal with regarding my dreams bed. They were very prompt in contacting me with an available appointment, giving me several options. When the technician turned up he was very respectful of our property (even putting plastic covers on his shoes) he listened carefully to what the problem was and then promptly sorted it!

Surprisingly easy to make the initial claim via the website. The admin department responded to email correspondence in a timely manner and the appointment was made with ease. The technicians were professional and very pleasant. Happy with the service.

After what I thought was an irreparable disaster on my beautiful oak topped table I was relieved to recall that I had paid for 5 years insurance for accidental damage. The gentleman that came was evidently a skilled professional and within minutes the table , damaged by nail varnish remover, was restored. Arrived within the time frame, was respectful of our light coloured carpet by removing his shoes without my asking him to do so.

I bought a dining table from furniture village and it’s broken by accidentally but thay didn’t solve my problem.

I took the insurance out on my bench dining table and the benches have been damaged by my pet. All I want is a replacement which they said is no longer available so I told them I would accept a different one which they declined instead offered me £100 what a joke that wouldn't even get it recovered so I refused, still waiting.
