The service was straight forward and…

The service was straight forward and hassle free, communication was on point, 15 minutes before their arrival i had a courtesy call from Darryl to say he would be here shortly and a text the night before with a more accurate time slot . When they arrived they were polite and courteous as well as efficient and cleaned up the work . Its an excellent repair and hopefull I wont be needing the service again. As our dogs will not damage it again.

A company you can trust

Staingard the technician did a superb job.very considerate and took great trouble in solving the problem.
It took a few weeks to get an appointment but it was worth the wait for a job well done.

Great service the whole way…

Great communication the whole way through, Dave was a very pleasant man who fixed the issue in no time, very happy with the service we got, I’d highly recommend. Thank you !

Good communication

Good communication. Technician arrived promptly, as communicated. New fitted covers were installed, very happy with the service provided.

Sofa repair

Very easy to deal with from putting in my claim. Kept informed at all stages.
Engineers very efficient and took care with the job plus tidied up once complete.

Smooth claim.

From the initial claim on line, communication was good by email and phone. repair on furniture was carried out and you would not know it had been repaired after chemical spilled on cabinet. Happy with service, pleased I took this policy out.
