Easy to order, i can’t order as a single person, so it means ordering for 3 nights of 2 person meals.
The meals are healthy & nutrient rich.
They’re better than food is fresh & remain so with the appropriate storage techniques. I didn’t waste food, unlike other similar companies.
They’re better than other companies that offer a similar service.

Ordering is a breeze and meals are delicious. Would recommend to anyone.

Worst service ever, second time in a row they take money of my account even after canceling my subscription, and when i did order 3 consecutive weeks , all 3 parcels came within 4 days , so I ended up throwing most of the food !
Will never ever buy again .

And im still going backwards and forwards about this as thet still get money out of my account even after emailing them .

I requested a change to usual delivery day on the app as I wasn't going to be home. I then get a notification to advise my delivery will be being delivered before this time. I notified their customer service and was told we can't give a specific time,only a window. How can that be if you are quoting me a window that doesn't meet this. Was told nothing we can do for you, your problem. I have now cancelled my subscription and are moving to another provider who has much more flexible delivery time frames. Terrible customer service My Food Bag... shame on you.

Being a long time customer they have sent me a wrong order that I had saved. Never said anything but this time I did. They wouldn't accept that I had saved the one I wanted and said they couldn't change it. I didn't want the order but they wouldn't reimburse me so have now cancelled my subscription. I had taken a sreenshot of my order but they still said I hadn't saved it.

Loved most of the meals.
Would like it if you could add air fryer times for some of the meals.
Would like it if we could choose different vegetable.

We are in our late 70,s and early 80’s and enjoy the step by step instructions.

On the Monday before Labour Weekend, my wife contacted My Food Bag to advise we were unable to take delivery on a Sunday which was the day of delivery for the long weekend. We contacted them prior to 11.59pm Monday prior (contacted midday Monday) as per the terms of their cancellation policy. They told us to get knotted and there was nothing they could do about it. I then wrote to them informing them they were not honoring the terms of their cancellation policy - They didn't bother to reply. We therefore cancelled our long term subscription as we will not support a business which treats their customers in this way. I thought we had a good thing going until this occurred, now we are off to try another provider instead.

The food never tasted good and the recipes were terrible i will never ever get again terrible nadia doesnt know how to cook.

Hardly ever use myfoodbag. On a budget, so do like to try it when they offer a promo or discount. I took up a promo on one of their emails. 50% off for first delivery and then a free gift on next delivery.
I recieved an email advising they would not honour the promo and would be charging full amount. This was about 8 hours before the charge would be put through to credit card. They then charge the full amount. No time to get resolved.
They cliam there is another 'account on my profile'. ?? i have emailed to try to sort out before the charge went through but they did not reply. They charged the full amount and would not honour their offer.

edit: and then myfoodbag reply to this review but no apology or solution or refund?? so much for their 'customer love' team. I would like a resolution please. There is no explantion of why they made the error. Just 'that must be frustrating'??. yes. hence this review. I didnt 'miss out' on the promo. I applied the promo and foodbag instead chose to remove the promo code and charge my credit card the full amount.

Some of the meals are good, around 4 stars (out of 5). While others are 2 or 3 star. The issues are often the vegetable options accompanying the meat – can be mushy or over-cooked if using their settings. Also there is a lot of waste in the packaging.

Food never even arrived.
Waiting for ages as it usually arrives around 2 so we plan to have dinner with it. Like, we're hungry. Why is it not here when they said it would be at the latest.
I have these meals with my son when I have him and am very disappointed.
I don't need it now obviously, not spending $30 per meal just for excess servings for myself. I've been waiting for a reply from their FB and live chat for an hour.
It was out for delivery at 1247pm. It's been in the van for over 5 hours. That ain't fresh.
States delivery before 5pm and noone messaged to advise it would be late as stated in website.
Still no reply from customer service.

Update.. arrived at 6.15pm like we don't need this 6 hour van incubated food anymore. The box was soggy cause the ice packs were half defrosted. The veges weren't warm. The meat was cold but pretty shabby.
We ended up cooking a budget ass TV dinner meal with what we had instead of something we hoped would be amazing.
Still no reply.

We’ve been using My Food Bag for the past 6 weeks or so and are loving it! We mostly go for the quick 15-30 minute meals as we have young children and everyone is enjoying the variety and taste. The portions are generous and there’s a huge amount to choose from each week. Some of the meals really feel like restaurant quality and taste. Highly recommend!

Warning for anyone considering My Food Bag

I’m sharing my experience to help others be cautious. I recently went on the My Food Bag website just to look around and select some meal options, not realizing that this process wasn’t simply a mock trial. Shortly after, I received an email saying my credit card had expired — from an account I hadn’t used in over five years.

When I tried to cancel the order, I was told it was too late and that if I didn’t pay, the matter could be referred to Baycorp. I find it concerning that an order could be placed without a valid or current payment method.

It’s disappointing to see how rigid the process is and how little flexibility is given in genuine mistakes. I would strongly recommend others double-check what they’re signing up for before completing any selections on the My Food Bag website.

The premade food is generally quite good and satisfying. However, many of the dishes that include tomato purée tend to be a bit overpowering. It would be great if the tomato flavour could be toned down to let the other ingredients shine through more clearly.

I like the fact that I know what I am cooking for dinner ever night and not worrying about what to do different.

It’s really easy to follow recipes and super convenient meals. Don’t have to put much effort into planning weekly dinners or deal with the hassle of food shopping

Tasty, quality meals. Portions are big enough to provide dinner and lunch for me. Plenty of variety - I like the way new meals are introduced each week!
