My Flower Gift Arvostelua 

Very disappointing experience. I paid more than ₹3,500 for a confirmed order of a custom red and white roses bunch with photo frame and Celebrations chocolate box. Instead, I received a cake, Dairy Milk and a photo frame—items I never ordered and honestly not even worth ₹500.

The quality was also very poor. This completely spoiled my special occasion. I could have bought better items from a nearby shop for much less. Very poor service and highly disappointing.

They refused to refund after failing to deliver.

Extremely disappointing experience!

I placed an order for a floral arrangement, and for three days they repeatedly followed up for payment, assuring me they were making every effort to fulfil the order. Yet, on the morning of delivery, I was suddenly told they could not deliver to the location unless I paid an additional ₹1;, 200!

The arrangement was not made as booked, and instead of resolving the issue, they suggested ordering a cake!

Their customer service was equally poorcalls were ignored, emails received rude responses, and calls were disconnected. NOT Recommended.

I ordered a cake delivery from this site and paid in full. The delivery date has passed by more than a day, and I have received absolutely zero updates. I tried contacting their customer service, but they completely ignore my messages. This is completely unacceptable. Avoid this website at all costs. I am now forced to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I placed an order worth ₹4,850 for an important occasion and made the payment in advance. The order was supposed to be delivered on the occasion date, but unfortunately it was not delivered as promised.

I contacted customer support several times through WhatsApp asking for an update and a proper resolution. The way the issue was handled was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, and the interaction with my wife regarding this matter also added to our unpleasant experience.

I have retained my order confirmation, payment receipt and WhatsApp conversations as records of what happened.

When a customer pays in advance for a time-sensitive gift, especially for a special occasion, timely delivery and proper communication are extremely important. I expected either the service that I paid for or a prompt and professional resolution.

I am sharing this review based solely on my personal experience with this order so that other customers can make an informed decision.

Ordered a bouquet with yellow roses and instead got all the color roses in the bouquet that too after a day of the promised delivery time. Delivery service, support team everything is so bad.

I ordered a wreath for Rs. 6100 and paid extra to deliver it on time. But was not delivered on time. There was no reply to my mail to the phone calls made. The reason they was the person was unable to reach. When I'm able to reach from US how could a local person unable to reach the receiver. They are litterally a fraud.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I ordered a cake with flowers on 7 September 2026 at around 8:00 PM. I paid an extra ₹250 for midnight fixed-time delivery, as mentioned on their website.

Unfortunately, they did not deliver the cake at the promised time. We tried calling their customer service number, but it was not working. We also contacted them through WhatsApp, but they did not respond properly.

The cake was finally delivered the next day around 10:00 AM, which was completely different from the delivery time I paid extra for. The cake also looked different from the picture shown on their website. The cake was not fresh and had a strong unpleasant smell. The taste was also not good.

I contacted customer service several times and had to wait a long time for a response. I emailed them explaining everything and requested a refund of the ₹250 extra delivery charge because they did not provide the service I paid for.

Their response was that they would not refund the ₹250 because the cake had already been delivered. This is very disappointing and unfair. Delivering the cake many hours late does not mean the paid fixed-time delivery service was provided.

The delivery service was poor, the cake quality was poor, the cake was different from the website, and the customer service was not helpful. The price is also very high for this level of service. I would not recommend this service to others.

I have booked a bookey flower chocolate and a card which cost me around 4600INR .
On WhatsApp they promised to ti get it delivered as well but when i checked they said contact the customer care , customer care is replying that no. Is not working please provide another no. Even though i provide them the alternative no. Nothing gets delivered .
I used to call that no . Every time , then i contact again they said sir flower is spoiled so i ask them you can deliver the chocolate and card and teddy bear toy . They said yes sir will get back to you. Now iam keep trying send emails and whats up msg no response either from their side .
Totally a scam is Going on . Please be aware and do not order anything.

I ordered a black forest cake with a Bouquet. But they have delivered a normal cake with some perks and munches. The bouquet was not delivered. myflowergift.com is totally a scam.

I had ordered a bouquet for my dad on his 70th birthday and the payment was successful 605rs.through phonepe. Later I receive a mail to pay 400 more bas the flowers are expensive. I have dropped a mail and called multiple times but no response. They have spoiled the occasion, such fraudster don't know how long they are going to cheat people and earn.

Terrible experience DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!! They don’t deliver the order as promised and customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional we got the reply of “l do not wish to speak to you maam” after taking the payment . This is a scam!!!!

I ordered a combo of flowers and cake to be delivered to a friend on her birthday on 2nd September. But I was embarrassed to see that the gift was delivered in a miserable state. The icing on the cake was completely messed up with the cherries on the cake fallen off. The flowers were not fresh and were not at all similar to the bouquet that I selected on their website and not at all presentable. They ruined the birthday occasion. The service of 'My Flower Gift' is very poor and they do not respond to queries. They are very deceptive. I will never order anything from "My Flower Gift "ever again. So please be aware of their pathetic quality of service. They don't even deserve One Star rating. They are duping customers on their website

Extremely Disappointing Experience - I ordered a birthday surprise gift for my mother and specifically confirmed with the company before placing the order that they could deliver on the required date. Based on their confirmation, I placed the order and made the payment.

Unfortunately, the gift was not delivered on the promised date. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer support. I contacted them repeatedly throughout the day through WhatsApp and phone. My WhatsApp messages were seen but not answered, and my calls were not properly responded to.

If they had simply informed me beforehand that they couldn't deliver, I could have made alternative arrangements for my mother's birthday. Instead, I was left waiting until the occasion was missed.

Very poor service, terrible communication, and extremely disappointing customer support. I would not recommend this company and will not be using their service again.

The girl name Ria assured to deliver by midnight on 30th August and charged me extra which I happily paid but not even a call went to receiver .. i made a terrible mistake to select them without going through reviews .. I am regretting my decision now.. never ever gonna place order nor gonna recommend to anyone .. liars

This site is fraud in my experience, i orded flower for 1200 rupees as a gift for my siste birthday and still did not receive it. Your Order #1100135777 for reference.

It was really bad experience with them. Irresponsible people no manners how to talk to the clients. Really expensive and delivered cheap cake as compared to the phone as sent to as. Very bad experience. Please don't go with them. I ordered for midnight delivery and gave extra money for that and they delivered in the normal times as per there routine.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order and made the payment online, but the order was not delivered as promised and was eventually cancelled. I contacted customer support and requested a refund, but instead I was told that only a credit voucher would be issued. I do not want a credit voucher; I want my money refunded to my original payment method.

I have also emailed them regarding the refund, but I have not received any proper response or refund. Very poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend this website.
