My Flight Pack - Taking on travel fatigue Arvostelua 41

Item never arrived - issue with courier. Support wasn't helpful.

I thought My Flight Pack was great. I flew from Toronto to Manila on a 16hr flight with a 13hr time change.

I followed the directions for a night flight arriving in the morning and felt great. I was able to get a pretty decent sleep for being in economy and stayed hydrated the whole flight.

I am well aware My Flight Pack is not going to have me feeling %100 after a flight like that, but any help I can get so I am ready to go and start the day in a new place is what I am looking for. My wife who is a disaster on long flights felt great as well. I bought the pack with the goal I could have her feeling ok after the flight...and goal achieved.

Could it be random that maybe I just actually felt pretty good after the flight, yes....or maybe My Flight Pack is the reason. Regardless, I want to do everything so I do not feel like a bag of crap when I get there.

Ill definitely keep using and recommending with product.

Tried this on my west coast US to Europe red eye flight. The first pack was good, the second okay, and the third was too gross and I couldn't drink it.

It did work well. I did not necessary end up taking all three packages because I did not need the one to stay awake.

I had high expectations for the product and was also very pleasantly surprised to find that it did worked so well.

I have traveled a lot and have had jet lag at many weird destinations around the world, so when I first heard about the product, I was very interested.

Fortunately the powder and the product were not only easy to carry on the journey, but also provided a very good result.
I experienced no jet lag whatsoever on my Las Vegas / Europe trip.

Often, though, I get the worst jet lag of traveling from west to east, so I was very anxious about the return trip. But again, I was pleasantly surprised, and did not experience any of my otherwise previous jet lag symptoms

The powder is easy to carry with you, the three bags mixed with water tasted just fine and this is definitely not the last time I use My Flight Pack.

I have traveled a lot from Europe to both coasts in the US and always struggled with Jetlag. This has affected my performance as a scientist. I was really happy to learn about my flight pack and tested it recently on a weeklong roundtrip from Switzerland to Nashville to Dallas to San Diego to Boston to London and back to Switzerland. I asked ERW for help, and I used the flight pack and their plan the whole trip and have never felt more energetic and productive.

I think PREP tastes good, gives a real kick and prepares you well for a long flight! WAKE works well but is a little too bitter, would have liked a bit sweeter taste. However, from a performance point of view, it is a slamdunk! REST tastes a little funny, so it needs some getting used too, but when I combined with meditation, I slept like a log, so it calms me down and helps!

I shared my experience with another frequent flyer colleague, and she also used it on some intercontinental flights and is convinced!

All in all, this is the best way to avoid JetLag that I know, and i Would recommend it to anyone that is crossing timezones!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had a hard time adjusting to jet lag. I tried e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g to fight the tiredness, but nothing had worked so far. And then, I discovered My Flight Pack. I flew from Canada to Vietnam on January 13th, and I can’t believe how it works perfectly! My friend didn’t take his pack, and for the first five days, he went to bed from 6 pm to 9 am!!!! What a waste of time when you’re in a city for only a few days. For my part, I felt as refresh as I would’ve been without this nearly 42-hour journey of flights and layovers! I am so glad that I have discovered a genuinely working product.

The first taste was ok but the rest was not great. The number 2 flavour was really bad.

I was not sure if it helped me at all, and I felt I could have done it without. I gave it to my friend who was taking the same flight the day after. Same story!

This really seems to have worked, finally, a straightforward solution to jet lag, especially important when travelling for business where you spend more time in transit than in meetings. Arrived hydrated and clear, ready to jump straight in. Will use again.

I'll be honest, I was sceptical. But praise be, it works. After years of a career peppered with travel being such a slog, I have now used this product on two flights - LDN > NY and LDN > PDX and both trips my jet lag has been barely perceptible. Making yourself get sleep and not eating on the flight seems to have helped too (I mean, who wants inflight means, really). Thank you ERW - a total game changer.

By far, the easiest jet lag transition between US Eastern Time and Malaysia. I was clearly better hydrated and somehow had mental clarity when I usually am stuck in zombie mode for at least a day.

The Rest elixir certainly worked but if I had one suggestion to offer... having to get up to pee after drinking 500 ml detracted from my rest. Perhaps a 200 ml version will help improve this situation.

Great interactions with the staff there getting recommendations on when and how much of the product to use. The part is that it really does make a difference to the impact jetlag has on me!
