My Flight Pack - Taking on travel fatigue Arvostelua 41

I felt like a million bucks and took on the day thanks to the flight pack. Easy to use and follow made a huge difference. Highly recommend!

Issues with delivery initially, but after contacting the company, they were so responsive and helpful. The product is amazing - I’d recommend!!!

I flew from South Africa to Los Angeles in November 2020. I was kindly given the Flight packs to try. As a medical person, I went wholeheartedly into assessing the product for jet lag. Firstly, to drink fluids consciously on a long haul 26 hour flight was very refreshing because each sachet is mixed with 500ml water so your fluid intake increase which is so important on a flight. When I arrived in Los Angeles, i never, not once, had any feeling associated with jetlag whatsoever! My daughter could not believe how i looked and felt as it takes her 3 days to recover from SA! I also took the "rest" packet when I went to bed that night as I had lost 9 hours in time. On my return journey, I did a 33.5 hour haul and took my packets as prescribed. I gained 10 hours on this trip, arrived at lunch time in SA and had a sleep and left for a safari the next morning. Everyone was completely amazed at my energy and I displayed no signs of jet lag whatsoever on this return trip. This product should be available to all aircraft staff, sportsman, businessman and the general flyer on a long journey. Thank you all for an incredible recovery!! Outstanding service as i was short for time and "My Flight Pack" were able to supply me with flight packs (from the UK to NZ) within 5-6 days before our team was heading abroad.
Customer service was excellent in supplying the detail for our long haul flight on when to take each product and providing the reasons why.

Jeg har brugt MFP til og fra min rejse til Vietnam i Februar 2020 og er ret imponeret.
Jeg havde væsentlig mere energi og overskud efter både ud- og hjemrejse samt under selve rejsen.
Normalt ville jeg holde fri både den dag jeg kom hjem og dagen efter, hvor hjemdagen ville være “spildt”.
Lige meget hvilken vej jeg rejser, plejer det at være hjemturen, der er hårdest og her jeg mærker jetlag mest efterfølgende.
Der var helt klart en mærkbar forandring efter min hjemtur denne gang.
Normalt ville jeg have været udkørt hele dagen, ville ikke have overskud til at lave noget og ende med en lang middagslur,
der ville ødelægge det, at få vendt søvnrytmen.
Jeg landede i Danmark kl 6 om morgen og kunne godt fornemme den mindre søvn. Jeg tog wake så snart jeg kom hjem og effekten var genial. Jeg havde overskud til ordne ting,
fik trænet og kunne holde mig vågen helt til aften. Derudover kunne jeg fint arbejde dagen efter. Klart en kæmpe forbedring.
Rest hjalp helt klart til, at jeg var mere afslappet end normalt og især mærkbart på flyet hjem, hvor jeg fik sovet ca 5 timer.

Hvordan jeg tog MFP:
Til vietnam --> prep på første fly, wake under mellemlanding og rest ved ankomst om aftenen efter 19 timers rejse.
Hjemtur --> prep på første fly, rest på andet fly efter mellemlanding og wake ved ankomst om morgenen efter 16,5 timers rejse.

Selve produktet. Kritikken håber jeg kan bruges til forbedringer :)
Prep: Smager godt og er nem at blande op
Wake: Smager lidt af tynd iskaffe, men der var især noget med eftersmagen jeg ikke var vild med, så drak det hurtigt. Det var sværere at blande op end de to andre.
Rest: Fik lidt uro i maven (sur fornemmelse) på vej hjem, men er nem at blande op.

Effekten var jeg så imponeret over, at jeg stadig vil give produktet 5 stjerner. Jeg håber dog, at de vil forbedre wake (og rest, hvis andre end mig også har oplevet problemer med uro i maven).

It dident work for me and my husband on our way from Europe to USA but from USA back to Europe I had a very good experience with this product. I will surly try it again.

I think this product should be marketed far beyond just relieving jet lag. I have found it to be useful for times when my body is stressed or I am overtired. I think it assists in getting me back on track for hydration, immunity and good energy.

The product is amazing. I got off 2 long haul flights with a 6hr connection and still felt refreshed and energized when I hit the ground running. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with a hectic travel schedule or those who want to jump straight into their vacation plans.

The only con is the taste and dissolvability of the 'WAKE' packet. This is not the greatest tasting product. The taste for both the 'PREP' and 'REST' products are pretty decent.

The first time i used the flight pack it was excellent. Sadly since then all travel has been suspended so i have not had the opportunity to try it again. Hopefully this will pass and i look forward to giving another good review.

Using My Flight Pack this time on my annual overseas work trip was the first time I've ever been functional every day of the week long summit. Ordered another set of them as soon as I got back!

Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me! I was very hopeful that this would really help me with my travels. I tried twice and made sure I followed the directions.

Really good experience.
Used the product from Denmark to Japan and had no jetlag after arriving + the days after.

I had trouble with timing my sleep back home, but in my opinion it helped even more.

Easy to take and nice with the 3 steeps.

I was very hopeful about this product. I tried it twice and while it didn’t quite work for me, after talking to the super kind worker, it is different for everyone. I have heard from other people that it did work for them though, so if you are on the fence, just try it out and see because for some it was a travel game changer.

No jet lag from USA to UK - marvellous!

Thank you for letting my wife and I test the ERW flight pack.

We went from Tokyo - New York on a 13 hour direct flight with 10 hour time difference. I consider that pretty extreme conditions in terms of Jet-lag.

We did the 3 step course.

I think there are two separate things happening on a tour like this, 1 the actual conditions of air and uncomforted seats at second class. Two there is the actual jet lag caused by time differences, which can be chocking for the body because in unnatural to travel across time zones at that speed.

For the first part regarding the flight conditions, we both felt the flight pack was very helpful and kept us nicely hydrated doing the tour.

For the second part, it’s hard to say if it reduced our actual jet lag after landing, it too took both of us a few days to regulate to the new timezone.

Regarding taste: first mix was perfect, and the second mix was least tasty of them.

Conclusion: we can strongly recommend this set and will use it again on our next journey.

I am so happy I found this product. I hate jetlag and usually it takes me several days to “land”, when I’m travelling longdistance. My Flight Pack saves me from that.
