Scam, everytime I try to log in to delete acount it says “oops something wrong contact support”
When I do I get no response, meanwhile they keep taking money out my bank

Total scam. Does not work. And difficult to cancel “ subscription “. They take your money and give nothing. Total fraud.

Myfamio if you are really sorry, stop taking my money for nothing!

This company has taken subscription money for three months from my account after misleading instructions lead me to sign up for a three day trial for £2.36, which immediately became £27+ . After finding the 'service' useless I tried to cancel my account and found it virtually impossible. I'm not a computer expert, nor am I a complete numpty, but after removing the app from my phone as a last resort, they are continuing to charge me and offer no help but 'go to your account, settings etc..or sending an email link which says much the same and no help. I can only conclude these are scam tactics . Next step my bank and Trading Standards authority I guess.

A seguito della Mia ho ricevuto il giorno successivo il rimborso direttamente sul conto, quindi devo dare atto anche quando sia compiuta una azione in senso positivo come una restituzione di denaro. Grazie.
Quello che non mi è ancora del tutto chiaro quale tipo di servizio avrei usufruito di cosa si tratta? Se riuscite a fugare questa mia lacuna ve ne sarei grato. Magari per avere un'altra recenzione positiva.

I have been charged ,for the past 3…

I have been charged ,for the past 3 months, $40.78 per month for a service that I never subscribed for. I do not have the app nor an account to cancel the darn thing. I informed my credit card company and requested the charges be reversed as i have been victim of fraude. Also contacted the the office of consumer protection on my city (Vancouver) so hopefully you are no longer allowed to operate in the city and the country

Fraud software

This app is completely misleading. Its functions are completely inconsistent with the online descriptions. The subscription fee is automatically deducted without any notification. The subscription fee is directly charged. I strongly demand a full refund.

It's about my funds

I have given famio one star, these people, company or whatever don't deserve a star, they are scammers,but I am prepared documents wise to take action. Famio, to whom it may concern, it's a matter of hours before legal action will occur because the way you scam me and several other's. It's time for repercussions. Don’t ever signed up to this app. In order to cancel the app, you need to send them an email. It has been months that I have been trying to cancel and they just dont reply. Such a headache, please dont do that to yourself.

EDIT: I have sent several emails, also with the Review on subtitle, they just never reply. TERRIBLE, DONT EVER USE THIS APP. I am taking legal actions as those people are real scammers

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I wanted an app to urgently track a missing family member. I entered their number and Famio said they have the location of the number but I have to pay £2.36. I made payment but never got the location and they wanted me to download the app. I refused to download the app expecting to send an email address where they can send the location of the number.

Not only did I not get the service I paid for, my account was further charged £23.69. I have reported the two charges as fraudulent because that is what this company is FRAUD.

I thought you can just add members with…

I thought you can just add members with their phone numbers in your Famio account. It turned out you have to make them install the app to their phone thereby letting them know you will be tracking their location. Useless app and waste of $30 trial period.😢

Like many others i have fallen victim…

Like many others i have fallen victim to the scam of famio known here as myfamio. I was at an event as a host and one of our guests lost her phone. I initially did not want to even pay for the 1 day plan but the guest was desperate and i just decided to help since the one day payment was under a dollar or so. I did not choose a plan, their service does not even work. I thought nothing of it but the next day i was billed and deducted a fee for a package i did not choose. These platforms are scammers and I really wish i had never subscribed. Now i am in a back and forth conversation via email with a support team who care more about money than customers. Absolutely criminal venture this one is. Avoid at all costs. Also, avoid helping strangers, now the guest i was helping has blocked me because i told her about the bill. Expensive lesson for me, well learnt.

This is the worst app ever

This is the worst app ever. I haven’t used their service because I wasn’t able to. I bought a 3 dollars membership for 3 days and found myself charged for a monthly membership without my consent. When I asked them for a refund for the 29.9 USD they took from my card for the membership, they refused and told me that the membership fee is non-refundable! Don’t signup. This is the biggest scam ever!

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Con artists. Customer service-rubbish or non existent. DO NOT SIGN FOR THEIR APP AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE AND NOT LET YOU CANCEL. Absolutely dreadful. These people ought to be shot!
