I had a very well experience at My Eyelab in Lauderhill, everyone was very polite and attentive.

Bunch of Crooks make me wait for Over two weeks and when I went to pick my glasses they gave me those bifocals with the line in the middle which I never ordered, I wanted my glasses without that crapy line and in top of that they want to charge me double to replace it I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody never again they suck.

I bought my glasses there in December. Had to replace frames 3 times due to split frames. Cost $32 each time. The 3rd time took 3 hours to try to insert lenses into new frames. Had to go to 2nd store to complete the last lens. My vision was fine going in, couldn’t see at all coming out. 3 doctor visits later, discovered my eye lab put the lens in wrong eyes. Won’t go back or recommend them to anyone

Worst place ever! It took months for my son to get his contact lenses. We ordered it in February 2022 and we just got them. It’s August! This place was located in Douglasville, GA. It was also extremely expensive, even with my insurance.

My significant other went in for an appointment today and called beforehand to ensure that even without insurance, he could get the 2 frames and free eye exam for 95 dollars. They confirmed it with him and he left with a bill of 688 dollars and a payment plan that we have no information about. We called right after he got home and were told by Ashton, the general manager, that we could not cancel the order because it was a “medical device” and the order is already being made less than an hour after his exam? Not to mention at the bottom of his receipt, there is a disclaimer that specifically states that “the cost of eye exam services are not refundable but the price of lenses and frames WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED.” Called back again and were told 3 times that “that’s just the way corporate has it”. They are not honest with their customers, nor do they abide by their own disclaimers. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and have an F rating. We’ll be returning with our lawyer to negate the charges.

Son in law went in to get a new set of glasses. Bandera Road Store, San Antonio, Texas. They told him it was mandatory for him to have anti glare and other lens add ons, due to his astigmatism. Yet on the paperwork they gave him, they listed it as "recommended". Ashton, who claimed to be the store "general manager", again stated it was mandatory, refused to cancel the order within 30 mins of the order, and had to be the absolute worst customer service representative I've ever dealt with. Stay away from this company. Biggest bait and switch, I've ever seen. Worst customer service ever.

They are terrible. Not only did I have to have my lenses replaced 3 times because they were cracking, they got the script wrong.

I went to the Plano Texas store for my eye exam and new glasses. Tammy was very honest, knowledgeable and helpful. She is a great asset to the company. It took about 10 days for my glasses to come in. Went to pick them up and there was Tammy again to make sure everything was as ordered.

In the 50 years that I have been wearing prescription glasses, I have NEVER gone to get my new glasses and have them handed to me and allowed to take them home with me without having them fitted to my face and made sure they fit my face correctly as well as to check the prescription to make sure it was right BEFORE I left the store. He barely opened the box and pushed them to me over the counter. I had to ask for a bag to put them in! When I got home, not only were they uncomfortable on my face, they had changed my prescription to less than what they were before and I could not see as well. I went to them because I thought that I could get an quality pair of glasses for an affordable price. At 50% off, my glasses were OVER $500! Not only is this exceedingly more expensive than any other pair of glasses that I have gotten, now I have to make extra trips to the store to get the prescription fixed and wait another two weeks to get them replaced. They definitely were not worth the cost or the extra trouble that I have to go through to get them right. Not only am I an extremely unhappy customer, I will not be a returning customer.

I went to My Eyelab in Forney. They said they no longer offered the special of two pairs of glasses for 95.00. I asked twice before the exam and they said they did. After my exam I picked out two pairs and they quoted over 600.00 dollars and said they no longer honor the special. I ordered from a different place. I still can’t see with the new prescription. I saw the eye doctor though a tv screen. She gave the worst eye exam i have ever experienced. I will never use My Eyelab again! I hate this place I’m out a lot of money for glasses that do not correct my vision.

Got my prescription wrong. Very I went over to Dr Cooper across the street in my prescription they wrote was 2.5 he wrote a prescription for 3.75 the lady when I asked her said I called her the b word and that is nothing but a lie I was okay with this until she did that I'm going to make sure I get my money back

If I could give a Negative -5, I would. Our minor son was in the middle of an exam and the receptionist called off the exam after my hubs politely explained we only wanted the Rx. Mind you, she told us our cost for two glasses and our eye exam would be $418.00. My husband explained, “We’d just like the RX for today please.”
She turns to him & says, “One moment please.” Goes into my sons appointment and turns on the lights while he’s mid exam with solution in his eyes. Even the Virtual MD was questioning what was happening. She then turns to my son and says, “Come with me, please.”
My 16 yr old doesn’t know what’s going on and with solution burning his eyes goes to the front of the office and she thanks my hubs and son for coming in. My hubs says, “Wait where’s his prescription?” She said, “We don’t do that here. Thank you. G-bye!”.
I was working from home and wasn’t with them and couldn’t have been more livid with my kids eyes burning from the sun and solution.
I will be contacting my attorney tomorrow.
These people are disgusting and this franchise is horrible!
It’s obvious from all their horrible reviews. Clearly they need to be SHUT DOWN!
DO NOT GO HERE!!

Went in for the $59.95, to pairs of glasses. called ahead of time to make sure that was the correct price. got there and they said if my prescription was too high then it’d be more expensive. They tried to tell me my lenses would be around $200 that’s without the frames. Paid for the exam and left.

I am being bullied. In too taking glasses , that are the wrong prescription.. and lied to by Corp. Manager. Rude staff. That follow in with managers. Bullied

My mother has wear glasses for the past 20 years and we decided to try this place! Is the worst don’t go there, after 2 days my mom notice that she couldn’t see clearly we went back and they send us back home and told us to wait 3 weeks until she can get adjusted. We came back and she still couldn’t see with the second pair of glasses and there was nothing they could do and we couldn’t get our money back because it has being more than 30 day. Don’t go there! The store on south copper is the worst.

Can you give a less than one star, I paid 350 dollars for two pair of glasses, which from the beginning could not see well.they were simple reading glasses. I had to throw them away.

Im so dissapointed with Eye Lab. because when they did my eye exam they they gave me very costly prescription. (ther are other options) i tried to tell them i need something cheper .but the doctor "Chase jeckson o d" is now not responding. that means they dont have any responsibilities after taking mony!!

Very Disappointing call Center and costumer service.

Before we go In to the shop we called the call center first and ask if they are accepting the insurance that I have and they said yes they do even offer the promotion that they are having right now. Went inside the shop and ask again the lady who greeted us if they are accepting the insurance that I have and she said yes, but it only cover the eye exam which is fine so I only need to pay for the glasses. Did the exam and everything else went to the counter to pay and to find out that my insurance didn’t cover anything and asking us to pay 400+ dollars for the day and the glasses. It’s so disappointing, wasted all that time for nothing.

They didn't know how to fill the prescription and they refuse to refund the price if the glasses which I never took bc they were so
bad.

BEWARE: SCAM SCAM SCAM
The staff at the Weatherford Texas location is very inexperience, we finally got to pick up our glasses and the prescriptions were not right , vision was very blurred, we were told just wear them. also when we ordered them we were advised that ALL glasses were buy one and get one free and eye exams were free with the purchase of glasses. we paid $90.00 for exams that was to be FREE. We also picked out 2 pair but when we picked them up we only got the one pair we overpaid for. we did not get the so called FREE pair
