BEWARE OF THIS EMPLOYER| CREDIT REPAIR COMPANY NOT BBB ACCREDITED! IT PROVES TO SHOW HOW THEY HANDLED MY RECRUITMENT
Just wanted to leave this here as a warning to fellow freelancers and entrepreneurs who may consider working with or partnering with this company.
POV: You received a negative review on OnlineJobs.ph after a very short engagement.
I am a Filipino virtual assistant sharing my experience working with Rolando and Stephanie for GoHighLevel setup.
I was interviewed on May 16 and started on May 18 as an Executive Assistant. My initial days were focused on onboarding, reviewing documents, gaining access, and understanding the workflow before implementation, which is standard for this type of role.
On my second day, I logged in on time and was preparing a document for the planned setup. During this time, my Slack notifications were accidentally turned off and I only saw messages after being contacted via WhatsApp. I responded immediately and continued communicating professionally.
I also messaged on WhatsApp to explain my side of the situation and mentioned I may share my experience on public review platforms including Google and BBB for transparency. This was not a threat, but a standard step to document both sides.
I respectfully disagree with the claim that I “did nothing,” as I had just started onboarding and was still in the preparation stage.
Regarding payment structure, I simply asked if weekly pay was possible due to personal timing. I did not insist or require any change and accepted the response given.
All communication from my side remained professional. I am sharing this so other freelancers can be mindful of clear agreements, expectations, and documentation before starting any engagement.
