SHOUT OUT TO SHAYAN

I made a mistake and booked flights prior to reading these poor reviews. Same old scam drawn in by offer of a cheap flight then price rises. A very poor company.

I love dream flights absolutely brilliant I always get my flight tickets with them a good customer service. ❤️🫶🏽 u Annie a wonderful person always helps customers I hope I meet you one day just to tell how I’m grateful for your service and a good person

These guys are scams. They a deposit for a lower ticket and the price changes to a higher fare. They then ask for £50 from the £100 as admin charges. And God help you when your bank change your card for whatever reason. You can't get your money back or you're forced to buy their tickets are ridiculous prices . Avoid at all cost

Thank you so much i apriciate your help
Ayan

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ayan at My Dream Flight for the exceptional service provided in issuing my tickets to Nigeria. Despite the obstacles and difficulties encountered during the process, Ayan remained professional, with a polite tone and highly dedicated throughout.

What stood out the most was the assurance and confidence he gave me from the beginning, which truly put my mind at ease. He managed to sort everything out and issued my tickets within just a few hours.

I am genuinely satisfied with the service I received. Ayan went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, and his excellent customer service deserves recognition. Thank you once again for a job well done. I highly recommend Mydreamflight to anyone looking for reliable and efficient travel assistance.

I had a great experience working with Mr. Ayan. He went overboard to ensure I get a suitable and cheap flight to my destination.
He kept me updated with all the processes that he went through to get my return ticket.
I highly recommend Mr. Ayan and a travel agent. He is reliable and trustworthy.

First time using the company but had a great experience with them. The agent has been very helpful and professional. Will definitely come back.

Thank you Annie. She gave me her words and stood by it. My trip was uninterrupted and ticket was confirmed from tge first day. Definitely using them again!

Absolute scammers, don't book with this company.
got quoted £6000 for 4 people business class to Thailand, paid my deposit then came to pay the rest to be told one part of my flight had been cancelled and they would like another £4000 on top of original price for this.
tried to get a full refund , they offered me a part refund and voucher . i had to go to my credit card company in order to receive my voucher balance back as cash.
The manager was also useless and all they seemed interested in was trying to sell me another flight in economy. very disappointed as i trusted this company. pls don't fall for this price hiking scam

Armaan applied himself in a very proffessional manner .He was very helpful in securing my flight.Thank you Amaan.

I had to book a flight urgently and Ayam dealt with my request promptly and very professionally. He was very calm when I was stressed and managed the situation with extreme patience. Thank you Ayam.

I had a very disappointing experience with MyDreamFlight.

I was quoted £2,899.56 for return Business Class flights to Japan and paid a £150 deposit to secure the booking. Within the agreed timeframe, I attempted to complete payment, only to be told that the Business Class flights were no longer available. Instead, I was offered a downgraded itinerary (Premium Economy one way / Business the other) or to pay significantly more to get the same service requested in the first place.

To make matters worse, they refused to refund my deposit and dismissed my concerns, relying on vague terms about fare changes that were never clearly explained at the time of booking. Offering a restrictive voucher instead of a proper refund or compensation is not an acceptable solution.

Overall, this felt misleading and unprofessional. A quote followed by a deposit should mean something—otherwise, it’s just a bait-and-switch.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with this company.

They were able to explain all the necessary steps to booking the tickets. Ayan was able to update us of any changes during the process

Armaan gave me excellent customer service and was impressively patient and thorough. He stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to ensure that I got exactly what I required. He also found me the cheapest possible ticket, was Polite and professional throughout. Really grateful and I definitely highly recommend my dream flights, especially under Armaam’s service.

I’ve tried so many flights booking platforms but to honest with you mydreamflight stands out. Especially when it comes to customer services, Shayan is the name to be trusted. This guy gave value for my money he was always calm and collected when dealing with me. I will always choose mydreamflight above others. And whenever you call ask for Shayan he’s the best.

Shayan been polite and helpful
