If there was a zero was an available rating I would have given it to these Travel agents. It's the worst I have every dealt with.

I booked my flight back in April for a trip on the 7th of July because my friends and I wanted to arrive for our World Tour a day early. After a few days Shayan came back and said the Airline had changed the date to the 8th of July, I wasn't happy but accepted it even though it meant missing out on half a day of our 4 nights 5 day all inclusive vacation. There were 4 of us Traveling from the UK to Montego Bay, Jamaica. On the 30th of May one friend who had booked with a different agent informed me that she had received a text from Virgin Atlantic airline about flight changes saying there was no flights to Montego Bay on the 8th but the 9th.

As I had not received any email or text from my travel agent airline or Shayan , I called him to inquire about it. He told said he would call me back after calling Virgin airways. Came back and said he didn't know where my friend got that information but there was no such thing. I told him that we were booked on the same flight but he insisted that there were many flights that day so maybe my friend was on a different one. He said the only change was the return flight time only by 30 minutes.

My friend made alternative booking and traveled on the 7th of July.
THE REASON I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY FLIGHT UPDATES WAS BECAUSE SHAYAN HAD NOT GIVEN THE AIRLINE MY PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS.
Guess what?? 😳...There were no flights on the the 8th but the 9th making us miss a day and half of our paid vacation.

Their excuse was that they later emailed me about the changes on the same day( 30th of May) the day I had called to ask them about the changes my friend had mentioned. You would have thought a responsible person would have called me and say, yes the information you received was correct there are no flights on that day. What would you like to do?

They claimed they sent me an email, i did not see it.
Imagine discovering on the day, that they never called the airline, they did not give your details to the airline hence no update.

When I asked to talk to Shayan they said he was not on duty which I know was a lie. I asked to speak to the manager who was rude, argumentative and cantankerous, basically telling me that it was my fault.

BOOK WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

The manager almost sounded like he didn't care anymore since they had received our money.
I would rather go with someone who charges more but provides a stress free experience. Initially I was happy with their service until I experienced their nasty side. Never again. Their customers service is very poor they behave ruthless like scammers.

I booked a fight to Ethiopia last November over the phone and agreed to pay £100 deposit to secure a lower fare
A few days later, called to back to pay the full amount, but the story has completely changed; price increased by £200 , to make maters worse, the person on the phone told me that if I wanted my holiday to happen, i had better agreed to new price.
I hung up and bought my new ticket from more reliable company, then I posted my review detailing my experience .
someone from their office called and with me to remove my review in exchange for a full refund my £100.

however after I removed my review, they only transferred £30

Please be careful not to agree to pay deposit with this company if it is still operating

100% scammers please be aware. They offer you a very good deal ask you to pay a deposit. Then give you a spcific date and time to pay the balance. They wont allow you to pay the whole amount. Then when you call them they offer you an expensive ticket if ypu are not happy they will deduct money from your deposit. Claiming admin fees and airline charges. They should never be able to get away with this. I hope someone takes them to court for this.

I discovered multiple independent customer complaints describing the same pattern of deposits being taken, prices later increased, and refunds refused.
They lie about prices… then sell you more expensive flights.
They’re scammers
Don’t deal with them call the police for them

I had a good experience booking my flight through Armaan from mydreamflight,he was helpful, looking for the flight that will suit me.
