Ahmed called me and checked me in the day before my trip. I only had to drop off my luggage! I've never had that experience. He also sent a message to check how I had found the trip. Top marks.

These guys are scam, they offered me a ticket and I made a deposit as requested by them (Ayan) and I was told to contact them in few days for completion and confirmation of the ticket. I asked for specific time to call but he said anytime of the day. To my surprise on the said day, he called to informed me that my tickets have been cancelled, that if I still need the tickets I would have to pay more. I requested for refund, I battled with them for 3 months and even got my bank involved before they could pay back part of the deposit. Be careful in dealing with this people.

He took his time to explain every process clearly and followed every conversation with email. I will highly recommend him

I was most concerned that I might inadvertently find a scam company. However, despite my anxiety Mydreamteam turned out to be legit. I had Abraham Khalet assist me through the process of a return flight to South Africa. He did get the best value with a shortest stop over which was another of my priorities. He was most patient during that process and I cannot recommend him enough. I am most satisfied with his expertise and manner during the booking. BUT I suspect the staff are under pressure from their manager to pressure one to get the payment. Once I agreed to the flight and had to pay, Abraham became quite impatient about my apparent slowness, to an extent that I almost cancelled. I see from other reviews also that the service is excellent but once payment comes into the brief, then the pressure from them is irritating and for me it was stressful. I hope their manager reads the reviews about staff pressurising customers. I would have given 5 stars but for the pressure. However I thank Abraham Kalel for finding me a good flight at a good price although the Flight Airline Condor warns one of possible increases for various reasons even once booked. Thank you Abraham Khalel, you certainly know your job.

Again trying to get my refund for a flight voucher that was promised to me. This is great until.they take your money from you. Dont believe these reviews on this site. They are not a true reflection. This company is unregulated, not covered by the FCA or CAA
