CloudTopper Arvostelua

Quick delivery and lovely topper. Recommended to a friend

It is not as cosy as advertised and the pile sags.

Very comfortable

Fantastic, so much more comfortable and we are able to sleep better. Would certainly recommend it.

Was like laying on a fluffy cloud, so soft definitely added a better nights sleep

Although I missed out on the discount due to some confusion, the cloud topper arrived promptly. I was rather sceptical it would help but my sleep pattern has improved. In my opinion a good product, worth the investment.

I have purchased two toppers and am awaiting the third one tomorrow. Excellent product and does genuinely help with arthritis problems. I have been updated throughout on each of these deliveries and had a very respectful and courteous driver.
Would recommend 100%

I initially liked this topper; it was comfortable, though it didn’t fully resolve my aches (likely due to my mattress being quite firm). Like some other reviews have suggested, it is like having a duvet under you but I suppose that is essentially what a topper is.

However, after only four months, a strap tore away the first time I removed it, causing a large hole in the topper. This raised serious concerns about the durability and stitching quality.

What was most disappointing was the customer service. The company repeatedly tried to apply their “100 night trial” (a comfort guarantee) to what appeared to be a product fault. I was also told I should have reported the issue sooner, despite the fault only becoming apparent when I first removed the topper.

At first they offered a small refund towards getting it fixed. A king-size mattress topper isn’t the easiest thing to lug around with a newborn in tow, and while they had acknowledged there was an issue with the topper, the responsibility for actually resolving it was left entirely on me.

It took significant persistence and many emails, including referencing my rights under the Consumer Rights Act, before they eventually agreed to accept the faulty topper back and issue a refund. I had initially just wanted a replacement, but by this point the experience had left me wanting nothing more to do with the company.

When I followed the return instructions they provided, their own returns system blocked the return because the order was outside the return window.

I contacted them again, expecting them to provide an alternative way of returning the faulty item. Instead, I was told they could not override the system and that my options were either to pay the return costs myself or keep the topper in exchange for a maximum £40 refund. This was despite them having already agreed to accept the return and issue a full refund.

In the end, after being unable to resolve the matter directly with CloudTopper, I had to take the issue to my bank. My Section 75 claim was ultimately successful and the matter was resolved through my bank.

The whole process required far more time and persistence than I would expect when dealing with a product fault, particularly when I was also trying to arrange everything while caring for a baby.

I thought the topper was ok, which makes this particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, the way the fault and subsequent complaint were handled has completely undermined my confidence in the brand. The experience left me with very little confidence in the company or the way it deals with customers when something goes wrong.

Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend CloudTopper.

Everything about this company is first-class! They have a terrific communication service, a first class delivery service ... mine arrived within 2 days!! The Cloudtopper is FABULOUS ... the material used is wonderful, the depth of the topper is outstanding ... it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Perfection in all respects!

My initial impressions were not good as the topper arrived with a tear and it has not helped with my husband's hip and back pain. However, the response from the company has been excellent. They are genuinely interested in fixing issues and in personal attention. In today's age, that is very unusual! I was offered a discount and told to keep the topper as they were sorry that it had not helped with those issues. I very much appreciated their desire for overall customer satisfaction and have amended my initial review accordingly.

It was easy placing the order and the delivery was fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ordered 1 deep fitted sheet and its that brilliant I ordered a second one
Fast delivery, fabulous product what more can you ask for. Highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent topper. I suffer from hip pain and my husband has back problems. After the first night of sleeping on this we both woke up pain free. Quite unbelievable but true. Please give it a try.

Beautiful soft cloud topper but I have arthritis issues with lower back, hips & knees I thought let’s get one so I can finally have a better night sleep. Especially with many other reviews saying it helped them but Unfortunately that’s not the case there was no change at all :(

Very comfortable topper

Very easy to order; prompt delivery; item well packaged. This topper makes my bed so comfy. I would happily recommend it to anyone.

The Cloud mattress toppers is beautifully made, very soft and comfy. A good option to improve the comfort of an ageing mattress

Great service, great product. Made such a difference to my sleep and my new mattress.

The topper has made a huge difference to my sleep. I have fibromyalgia and this topper is so soft but supportive and means I don't have so much pain.
Would highly recommend.

Using Cloud Topper was a joy from beginning to end. The product is quite simply superb and the customer service outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for the Cloud Topper team. It was a joy to be reminded that there are still some companies that believe in customer service. I have bought Cloud Toppers for all my beds as well as the extra deep fitted sheets and cannot recommend highly enough. Lots of my friends and family are now planning on purchasing! Thank you!
