Vastaus yritykseltä CloudTopper
Hi Johanna, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the CloudTopper has felt more like an extra thick quilt than the supportive comfort we aim for. If it's not quite right for you, we don't want you left with something you're not 100% satisfied with, so please reach out to us on hi@mycloudtopper.com and we'll look into this under our 100-night return policy.

Fantastic service
Firstly fantastic service, received within a day.
The topper is an absolute treasure. I really look forward to bedtimes , knowing I’m going to have a comfortable cosy night. One problem, I don’t want to get up in the mornings due to the aforementioned.
By the way, my forever backache is so much easier these mornings.

Vastaus yritykseltä CloudTopper
Hi Elizabeth, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear it hasn't reached the full thickness you expected, and that you're still feeling aches in your back and legs. Due to the nature of our packaging, we'd recommend giving it 24-48hrs and a good shake to help it fully expand. If it's still not right for you after that, please reach out to us on hi@mycloudtopper.com and we'll look into this under our 100-night return policy.
Many thanks,
Jamie

Disappointed with this topper
Disappointed with this topper, certainly not 10cm. The advert was a bit misleading, next day delivery if ordered before 11 30am. No way of tracking this item.

Hi Kathleen, thanks for your feedback and we're sorry to hear the depth hasn't matched up to 10cm for you. Due to the nature of our packaging, we'd always recommend giving it 24-48hrs and a good shake to help it fully expand before judging the thickness. We're also sorry for the lack of tracking on your order - that's feedback we'll take on board. If it's still not right after giving it time, please reach out to us on hi@mycloudtopper.com and we'll look into this under our 100-night return policy.
Many thanks,

Great product
Delivery was quick and it arrived exactly when it said it would.
There was nothing wrong with my mattress but the addition of the cloud topper made an unforgiving bed much more comfortable for my aching joints! I'm not sure I'll be able to use it in the hot summer months as it has made the bed warmer and much more snuggly but for now I am well pleased the much better night's sleep.
