I ordered a few items and was really excited to receive them but the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

The items weren’t delivered when expected. When I contacted the company, I was told they would arrive the following day. They didn’t. I followed up again and was once more assured they would arrive the next day.

The following day, I received a notification from Royal Mail stating that the seller hadn’t paid enough postage. In order to receive my own order, I had to pay the additional postage myself. I paid it simply because I wanted to finally receive the items (which then didn’t arrive for another four days).

Since informing the company that I had been forced to pay the extra postage, I have received no response whatsoever.

This has been a terrible experience. Poor delivery, inadequate postage, repeated assurances that weren’t fulfilled and then no response when I raised the issue.

I absolutely will not be ordering from this company again and would strongly advise others to avoid them. Definitely NOT recommended.

Very disappointing service – order still not received
We placed an order and paid for next-day delivery. We then received an update stating that the order was supposedly in transit, yet a week later we have still received nothing.
We have contacted the company asking for an update and clarification on the whereabouts of our order, but have received no meaningful response.
Having since read through other customer reviews, unfortunately this appears to be a recurring theme, with other customers reporting similar issues around delayed or missing orders and poor communication.
Extremely disappointing, particularly when you have paid for next-day delivery. At the very least, we would expect someone to respond and explain where our order is.

So far so good, I like the plates I bought. Delivery was a little long though.

I really wanted to like this product, but its design lets it down. How this is supposed to be for children, I do not know as it won’t last long for a child, never mind an adult. I bought the 250ml pot. It doesn’t have a screw top, it’s a push down top. If you or your child forgets it’s a push down top and the safety latch is off and they or you hold it by the handle, the whole pot falls to the ground! This is dangerous, especially seeing as it’s made for hot (or cold) liquids. I’ve had it less than 24 hours and it’s already dented as it fell with hot soup going everywhere and the pot got dented and scratched. Thank goodness I got it in the sale!

The botlle it's absolutely beautiful made, quality very good.

I bought both my children (3&5) a lunchbox and thermos. They can open both easily.

I bought the rectangle lunch box, which is a perfect size for young children and seems sturdy and well made, easy to clean and easy to put the silicone seal back on. I did the leak test and they held up pretty well, a bit of water managed to escape after some vigorous shaking but I doubt I’m going to fill them with soup.

The thermos doesn’t leak, it’s easy enough to open and close for little ones, just make sure you practice with them a couple of times to make sure they know how. They wash well and the seal is easy enough to put back, just make sure the lid is set to open when you do. If you’re buying one to fit into a lunch box then make sure you go for the 250ml.

The shipping was very fast and they came very well packaged. I’ve only had them about a week so I’ll probably do a second review after 6 months.

Well I have received an automated email from My Citron Uk asking me to leave them a review so I will. You get what you ask for.

I have no idea what the product is like as I have yet to receive items despite placing an order nearly a week ago and receiving an email claiming it was on its way on Friday. The Royal Mail tracking number provided shows that it has not even been scanned into the Royal Mail system yet.

What I can say is that their email communications and client service is a masterclass in how not to treat customers. It is truly awful. They promise next day delivery, yet if you personalise items the small print states it may take up to 3 working days. This is not made clear at time of ordering but is of no consequence anyway as my order is now at least 4 working days old and hasn’t even reached the Royal Mail system yet.

The customer service team is non existent and does not reply to emails at all, let alone within their stated time frame of 2 business days.

Given the above and recent reviews leads me to believe that the company is not in a position to fulfil orders at all. Buy from them at your own risk.

I am yet to recieve my products I’ve tried to contact the company and I’ve spent hours ( waiting time added up on hold to Royal Mail) my child has started school I haven’t received the items.

Awful. Didn’t write my son’s name properly on the bottle and now won’t respond to any emails! Waste of money

Lovely product - I ordered the 250ml tub in plum with free sticker personalisation. It's a quality product, silicone seal is sturdy and easy to clean. The tub is lightweight and the lid is easy to pull off and push on. I put hot mac'n'cheese in at 11am and it was warm and ready to eat at 1pm. Wondering whether I need to put the food in PIPING hot so it stays hot for longer? I've given 4 stars instead of 5 because the delivery was not next day as stated when purchased.

This is my second purchase and I am still so impressed with my orders. Prompt delivery and a brand I will recommend

I placed an order on 29th August and paid for next day delivery. It is now nearly a week later and I still haven’t received my order nor have I received any update regarding its whereabouts. I have emailed the company and contacted them through social media yet nobody has bothered to respond. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. I am nearly £100 out of pocket and more importantly my daughter has been left without a schoolbag because of the delay. If there was going to be an issue with the order the least I expected was some form of communication. Absolutely shocking customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Not happy at all. Paid for next day delivery and it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t received the bottle. I’ve emailed and I didn’t receive a reply. Won’t be ordering from you again.

The best company and cuostmers servies ever

I ordered for next day delivery didn’t arrive for next day also I was given the wrong item I have contacted them about this they have given me no answer please do not buy from this company. Poor customer service and not worth it

I’m not very happy with the service received as I received and item and wanted return but they are saying the item is personalised and can’t be returned but they only used some stickers to write the name and the stickers comes out very easily.

I placed an order for next day delivery, didn’t receive the order and no communication from the team either. Finally after chasing, they wrote to me saying that it was an unexpected error on their end that my order never reached their portal. I placed another order and the same thing happened. Unreliable and frustrating experience. Still don’t have a school bag for my son. Writing this review so other mums don’t go through a similar experience.

Love the products and the customer service was amazing when I had a question about personalisation. I have recommended them to all my friends !!

The bottles are fantastic! They are secure and lightweight making it great to carry when travelling. My daughter loves the ballerina design at.

I placed an order on the 31st July next day delivery and have still not received this and it is now 10th August. I emailed them on 6th August for advise but have not recieved a response. No item and down £30 with no way to get a refund.
