All good and good service

I had a flat and needed a tyre replaced, the job was done in an hour with exceptional service and efficiency, and very well done too. It was a busy Friday midday but no problem, well and quickly sorted.

Just had 4 new tyres put on and a wheel balance. The service was professional, delivered in the time that was explained to me and top quality. They knew I was waiting so completed the job in the time it took me to do the grocery shop and have a coffee. The team at Sunnybank Hills run a tight ship and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks everyone!!

Prompt and good communication

My car's headlight is blown out.And I went to your workshop for a non booking urgent repair in the morning on this Thursday as I had to work that afternoon. The technician replaced the bulb in 10 minutes. And later I found another light not working and backed for inspection. And the technician checked and fixxed it efficiently.

Brad and his team serviced our car and pointed out an issue with tyre wear and suggested an Alignment. Drove car away ofter the service and noticed straight away how much better it felt to drive,

The service was great, very honest and the price was good too

I didn’t like that I rang to make a booking to have one tyre replaced and I was asked to pay via credit card in advance -$299 - to secure my booking - when I said I didn’t want to do that -the lady on the phone said ok then I could pay cash . I said ok . Then When I turned up they didn’t have a record of my booking -so I had to leave my car for a few hours . Then I was rung up to say I needed all 4 tyres done for $1680 -I said ‘that’s a lot of money - which ones were most necessary’ -just do the front tyres . It ended up costing me $685 . It took ages . I was glad they were fixed but I wasn’t overly happy with the process .

The booking process was easy and my car repairs were completed within the quoted time frame. The friendly, helpful staff explained clearly the issues with the car and contacted me immediately when necessary.

I had a really poor experience with these guys. I took my car in for a service (essentials plus $299) & they had my car for 7 hours before even looking at it. I got a call saying it needed about $7k worth of fixing (yep old car I know, just the service please). When I finally got my car back, the glove box was on the floor, along with all my belongings. The cabin filter was not replaced or put back in. I drove away & heard a weird noise only to find that the air filter was also not put back in & just left loose under the bonnet. I check my log book & nothing filled out & when I rang they said ‘it wasn’t a log book service’. No filters replaced (nor put back in) so basically I paid $299 for an oil change which I can do myself much cheaper. All I got was ‘sorry’. Nothing else. No discount, nothing. Do not recommend.
