Staff were warm and welcoming. I had a puncture and expected I'd need 2 new tyres. No upsell, just honest advice.

Excellent service from mycar in Birkdale. After realising I needed to replace a front light bulb, I rang to see if they could help. Despite being extremely busy on a Friday afternoon, they still fit me in. Another garage had told me I would need to wait until Monday. They changed the globe very quickly. Excellent service.

The team were so helpful, understanding, informative ad really knew their stuff and told me all my options not just the expensive one. They went over and above to store my car whilst l ordered a new lock nut socket. Such a freindly team. If you are lookong for tyres dont be fooled by marketing and big shop fronts instead save yourself time and money and drive into the mycar birkdale shop and speak to the team.

Easy to contact on the phone, easy to book in the new tyres and alignment, tyres delivered and work was completed on the day and easy drop off and pick up.

All requirements of the service were efficiently seen to, and a further problem detected and subsequently seen to at a later date.

Job done and completed on time.

I needed a new tyre following an incident resulting in a flat tyre and wanted a new one as I was driving with my spare and was worried that if I had another flat it could be highly problematic. The gentleman at Mycar Birkdale was most helpful and courteous. He appreciated my concerns and was able to fit me into his busy schedule to put in a new tyre. I can highly recommend this business due to their excellent service. It is also very close to transport as Birkdale station is only a few minutes away.

Had a puncture repair here and the service was great. Fixed quickly and price very reasonable. The staff were friendly too.
Would definitely come back if I need new tyres.
