I am delighted with the service

I am delighted with the service. A particular size didnt fit and they had no issue in returning this and making my life a lot easier. Excellent customer service and because of this I would shop with them again

No delivery of two watches.
Contacted them numerous times and no response at all.
Both are gifts so have two very disappointed relatives.
Phone number on your website does not connect!!.
Shocking customer service!!!

Absolutely brilliant company

Absolutely brilliant company, i did have an issue with the product i purchased but they helped me out fantastically to solve the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a smart watch for my daughter…

Ordered a smart watch for my daughter it did not arrive when stated I gave it a few more days then contacted the seller who responded very quickly and offered me a refund. Seller is great to communicate with and very helpful this mishap will not stop me from ordering again. Thank you very much for your help

I never got my order on the date it was…expected

I never got my order on the date it was expected, so emailed the seller, and got a very helpful response, my order was lost in transit, so the supplier offered to do a resend with my permission, which i happily gave, they emailed back saying my order was despatched and how long i would have to wait, even though i haven't had my order yet knowing it will take a bit longer isn't a problem, the sellers response to my email was quick and efficient, and i will still order from them, thank you seller
