Ordered a charger for an older model ASUS laptop, it arrived in a reasonable time and well packaged however upon opening the parcel, it was the incorrect charger - they had sent a 40-pin not a 36-pin charger. I emailed enquiring about a return or exchange to the correct charger. They responded advising I needed to send multiple photos with measurements and other information despite having already sent multiple photos clearly showing the difference betweel the two and politely advising me to look more closely at the photos on their website next time I ordered something! Upon supplying the additional photos/information, they replied to say they had reviewed and determined I had ordered the incorrect charger and provided two options: 1) They would refund me 10% of the purchase price and I could keep the charger and resell it if I wanted to. 2)They would refund me the full amount and I would have to pay return shipping to send it back to their warehouse in China.

I replied advising I would return it for a full refund however I also supplied them with extracts from Asus user manuals and other official documentation clearly outlining that the 40-pin laptop charger they had sent me was for a model released two years earlier than the model I had ordered and they had sent me the incorrect item.

The email address is now bouncing and appears to no longer be in use. Do not bother ordering from them - whilst the chargers are genuine, there is no guarantee you will get what you order and getting a response is not easy given they use three different email addresses (one on the website, a different one for PayPal and a third one supplied to the courier company!) and getting a resolution is next to impossible.

Ordered a charger. Didn't arrive after a month. The tracking info was not legitimate. Definitely not an Australian company. They promptly replied to several emails apologizing for the issue. Still no charger after 8 weeks and feel I've been scammed.

I sent multiple emails to auadapterspc regarding a cancellation of a laptop battery order before it arrived as I found out the laptop wouldn't be windows 11 compatible, I received NO replies what so ever, after 25 days the battery STILL arrived - I sent yet another email with a photo of the battery, still-no-reply.
It wouldn't be far fetched to suggest auadapterspc deliberately ignored my multiple order cancellation requests to deliberately allow the battery to arrive to me, therefore making it more difficult with a return postage process to give me a refund for the money already paid.
Update - well, well - after my email today to auadapterspc.com expressing my anger and intentions to alert others of this situation I got a reply email two hours later !
Needles to say they claimed to have replied to each of my prior seperate emails but never received any response back - yeah, right - yet here they are email communicating with me when they want to !!

auadapterspc.com advertised original Lenovo batteries on their website, showing photo of the battery with Lenovo logo and date stamped on the bar code.

The two batteries arrived with black sticker carefully placed over the logo and no date stamp.

Subsequently I worked out they seemed to be indeed Lenovo batteries (dated in the battery hardware/software). I suspected some trickery after communicating with the company through one of their reps, who was rather evasive and argumentative about me requesting a return.

In short, they wouldn’t accept the return, and left me in the dark about their strange behaviour with the masked logos. So I’m hoping I haven’t broken any laws by buying batteries from these guys.

I certainly won’t be shopping with them again.

I received the wrong charger and it was fried as soon as I opened it. Total scammers and i made the mistake of not checking reviews first. Never ever buy from this website!

Laptop battery stopped working after 6mths.
Asked for replacement under warranty and they asked upfront payment for shipping for replacement.
I said no, and asked for refund instead.

DO NOT USE - adapter never received, no communication from supplier or response to my enquiries. Order placed nov-2024.

They sent a faulty product and would not acknowledge a refund or replacement item.
At first they kept pushing back on the claim of the fault and then decided to stop responding to my emails.

Counterfeit products advertised as Genuine original. And despite its"AU" name, it's in China and has no accountability or appropriate customer service whatsoever. Terrible band of crooks

SEO guided me to a product that didn't fit my computer, then the business used Ts and Cs to avoid addressing the problem. I run a business that sells to people who often mistakenly buy the wrong part, but it's not hard to solve the issue. Not so for these guys, they have no interest in helping you.

Ac charger blew up. Actually physically exploded.
When getting a replacement under their warranty clause, they sent the completely wrong unit.
Even though they used my previous invoice.
No idea how they could have made such a big mistake.

Scammer! Don't deal with them! The worst online experience I ever had. Selling fake product but claiming it's "original"! Based in China, the product did not work as it was either faulty or not as described. When asked for an exchange or refund, the seller asked us (the buyer) to pay for the postage return to China, or only refund 10% of the purchase price! What a scammer! Be aware of this seller!

Received a counterfeit Dell battery of a very poor standard. Communication was very power and delivery took a month. Stay away.

My 2 year old was hospitalised and seriously injured but one of their "acer" chargers that are not authentic. They refused to refund the product at the least and told us it was our fault despite sending photos of the quality of product and location and details of sons wounds.

Our son luckily survived. Please keep your children and yourselves safe from this websites products. I am doing all I can to get this news across the Web. This is not the first it's happened to its customers.

I bought a replacement power pack for my Dell Laptop in 2023, it lasted 5 months. I contacted them regarding a replacement adapter to be told I have to pay them $35 to get a replacement shipped. That amount is exactly half of what I paid for the power pack. I also discovered that the power pack I bought in 2023 was manufactured in 2016. I have a strong suspicion that this was a used power pack sold "As New".

They have told me as the power pack is over 30 days since I bought it, they are not required to send me a replacement at no charge under their own BS warranty policy. I checked their policy and it contradicts the BS they are telling me. My plan is to just get a charge back.
