How come you have no deposit limits…

How come you have no deposit limits option? No cooling off period either. Your responsible gaming section have minimal options. I have to give 1 star because of this. Also casino games aren't what they used to be so thats counts towards the one star

Unseriös.
Der Einzahlungsvorgang lief wie gewöhnlich ab, nur kam das Geld nie an. Konto wurde belastet! Sogar 15€ Gebühren sind angefallen!!! Das Geld ist nie angekommen.

Screenshots dem Kundenservice gesendet, seitdem warte ich auf Antwort.

Der Spielspaß ist jedenfalls direkt weg!!! Die ganzen Casinos ohne oasis bewegen sich nicht ohne Grund in der Grauzone .

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company.

I made a large deposit and it did not go into my balance. When trying to contact them, all they say is that “they’re investigating it”. When I try to continue the conversation via their live chat they disconnect me and it says there is an error. It happens every time I ask further questions about the missing deposit.

After doing some investigation, I’ve discovered that they have closed their old trustpilot account / changed website link, as they received so many negative reviews from people who have had issues with contact, refusal of withdrawal, closed accounts etc on their old one.

hence why this current one has so little views. I have also discovered that a lot of the positive reviews are not legitimate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS.

Don’t trust the positive reviews - they’re bribes.

3 times in the past I have made deposits and it never went into my balance. Messaged their live chat, and all they’ve ever said is “
It’s under investigation.”. After threat of giving a bad review they offered to put the money in my balance straight away. Be careful of the positive reviews on here, they’re probably bribed reviews.

Absolutely rubbish and they are 💯 frauders Spent Large amount but they gave me back my cash back loyalty bonus but guess what they did not give me back my usual 10% of losses back lol how those that make sense absolutely thieves and I was a premium loyal customer but saw when I started winning big ohhh no it all changes but they never get me complaining or making something of it when I was losing large amounts topical of those people and companies 0/10
