First class watch and service
Firstly the depth master is an amazing watch, where else can you buy a 1000m dive watch with sapphire crystal, super luminova, ceramic bezel for £325? And get such good battery life. It’s is such good quality. I have several expensive watches and the quality on this isn’t too far removed. Now the service I received when buying from Nico was first rate: responded to an email on Sunday and arranged a before 9am delivery to ensure it arrived when I needed. Absolutely first class in every aspect. Thank you Nico!

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review.
We're delighted to hear that you're so pleased with your Depthmaster and that it compares so favourably with watches you've owned at a much higher price point. From the outset, our aim with the Depthmaster has been to offer professional-grade specifications—such as 1000m water resistance, a sapphire crystal, ceramic bezel and excellent battery life—while keeping it affordable, so it's especially rewarding to hear that we've achieved that.
We're also very pleased that Nico was able to help and arrange delivery in time for when you needed the watch. We always try to provide the same level of service that we'd hope to receive ourselves, so it's wonderful to know his efforts made a difference.
Thank you once again for your kind words and for choosing MWC. We hope you enjoy your Depthmaster for many years to come, and if we can ever help with anything in the future, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Very good customer service.
I ordered two watch straps the 6th of May 2025.
When arrived, one of them wasn't the colour I ordered.
The contact with customer support was relaxed and to the point. A replacement was sent to me right away.

I purchased a MWC hybrid pocket watch but not from MWC, at purchased i was told it had been in stock over a year but the batteries should last at least 16-18 months.
I contacted MWC and the customer service i received from Nico was exceptional, explaining where I could get the watch serviced and the type of battery it takes. He even told me to get in touch if I had any issues whatsoever getting my watch serviced when it was needed.
Outstanding customer service.

I've purchased three MWC watches over the past two years. Contacting this company is easy and emails answered promptly. One watch was delivered and found to have a defect with misaligned hour hand. A replacement was sent out once they had a tracking number for the return and arrived the next day. I consider this to be first class service.
MWC have a great selection of watches with good specifications at reasonable price.

MWC w10 watch
Bought a mwc w10 watch with automatic movement after a bit of time flirting with this particular model. Before and after my purchase I've been talking to Karla that assisted me with all my questions about the watch. She was unbelievable and I've bought the watch because I felt confident in the customer service. About the watch, it feels good and quite sturdy confirming that MWC watches are well built! I'm sure this watch will be with me a long time.

Purchased a 46mm Classic Pilot watch…
Purchased a 46mm Classic Pilot watch via the website. Arrived quickly and wow what a time piece. My only issue was the watch on the website had a black leather strap and white stitching and the one that arrived was plain black.
I emailed customer services (20.20 ish) and within 1/2 hour Karla had replied apologising and another strap would be sent out!
Wish all companies could be like this!
Love the watch and the quality is spot on.
Love it so much I have my eye on another one.

Many thanks for your fantastic review! Karla works hard to ensure everything is handled quickly and efficiently, so it's great to hear that everything has been sorted out to your satisfaction. I completely agree—it would be wonderful if more companies operated this way. I’ve had my fair share of frustrations dealing with other businesses, including a recent nightmare with a mobile phone manufacturer!
MWC is TOP
You can say and invent whatever you like about this brand... for me, they're excellent.
I bought an MWC 1999/2001 pattern Diver Quartz Military Divers Watch (NSN 6645-99-157-3496) and I was really surprised by the extreme quality.
MWC does have competition in the market, but its prices are compatible with what it sells.
Note that the current competing models with quartz movements, from the CWC brand (excellent, too!), for example, have Ronda movements that are slightly inferior to those used in the MWC models.
As for the rest, anything negative is pure speculation.
There is plenty of room for this brand and its competitors... what's more, there is official documentation in circulation proving that some MWC models have been supplied and are used in some armed forces.

Many thanks for your excellent review. While there are notable differences between our brand and others, many of the watches we produce compete within the same market segment as other brands. As a result, specifications often vary only slightly from brand to brand, even if the designs appear distinct.
For example, most military-issued watches are required to meet specific standards, with 100-meter water resistance being the current norm for infantry watches and 300 meters for dive watches. In some countries, such as the UK, military specifications remain largely based on decades-old standards. However, modern upgrades—such as sapphire crystals—have significantly improved durability and performance while maintaining the original aesthetic.
I hope your watch serves you well for many years. It should be easy to maintain, as it’s designed for straightforward servicing, it features a 10-year battery life, making it exceptionally low maintenance.
Ordering a G10
Ordered a G10 watch on Sat. evening 2nd Nov. Realised on Sunday that a Non date model was available. Contacted MWC to enquire if I could change the order. Reply received within a hour that the order was changed. The watch was sent out on Monday and was delivered on Tuesday 5th Nov.
Cannot fault the customer service and delivery.

I have owned my G10 now for 3years and I can honestly say that it has never missed a beat! Very good quality for the price as opposed to the CWC more expensive and not 100% about the accuracy! I love my G10 because most mens watches look like dinner plates (large sizes)!

It's always find it difficult myself to find the right watch, but with a G10 you can't really go far wrong and they are very durable. I don't know exactly which variant you have but the 10 year battery life versions are ideal when people want a low maintenance item which is why I suspect that the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) opted for this particular watch in the 100m variant.
Excellent Fast Delivery to Norway and Great Product
Many thanks for getting the watch to me in time for my trip to Sweden. DHL did their bit too with item 7217553722 and got it here lightning quick Axel in Zurich quoted me 2 or 3 days but it arrived next day which was a nice surprise. I knew that because I was going away on 23/12 it was tight on time but this worked out really well and much faster than something else that was via UPS from Belfast.
It will be great to use the watch on the ski slopes over the next two weeks and my friends think it look excellent quality too.

Slow delivery and unreasonable policies
The watch took 15 days to arrive, missed the date I needed it for a gift and now I have only 7 days to return. I am already traveling for Christmas and there is no way to return now. I contacted the company at the support email address on their website during the delivery process to inquire about the delay and never received a response. The vendor uses Royal Mail. That was not stated when I placed the order. They just touted Free Shipping. It was a trick. I could never have imagined it would ship from the UK by Royal Mail. I have never received anything from the UK other than DHL or FedEx. I was not given another option for shipping. I can not stress enough not to shop with this company. You can find a quality watch of similar style elsewhere with better delivery and return policies. The defensive tone in the response from the seller should frighten you away from their business. And what a joke for a company that states they are international and lists numbers for offices all over the world to ship Royal Mail. So glad they responded with the tracking so everyone can see the antiquated shipping went from England to Ireland before even leaving for the US. Wow, you ship to me over 15 days and I have 7 to return to you from the US. Stay away!

There are always multiple shipping options at checkout there is also no mention of the watch going via Ireland on Royal Mail or USPS when you search the tracking number LP715026502GB. The other factor is that on the website on the front page there is a link to DELIVERY if a customer goes to delivery at the URL below it gives full details regarding what the delivery times are be expected to be see
https://mwcwatches.co.uk/pages/delivery
On the uk website it says as below.
The estimated delivery times in working day are as set out below, even though this was in the run up it was Christmas it arrived within reasonable time (15 days with quoted time 7 to 21 days) even when we factor in that it was sitting in customs for five days in New York on arrival in the US it was not late hence this review is defamatory and untrue.
We have searched through the email system, and also on the website which would monitor anything sent through the website in respect of the order via the contact panel there is nothing in the email system or via the website from. astratton05@gmail.com we are confident no enquiry was ever made regarding delivery and no phone call was ever received, there is even US number on our site which Mrs Stratton could have called so it's not as if we make it difficult, we endeavor to make contact as straightforward as possible and whereas many companies no longer have phone numbers on their website we have as many different locations as possible listed where people can contact somebody locally.
These are the quoted DELIVERY TIMES ON THE UK WEBSITE
Europe UPS: 2 to 5 days
Europe Registered Mail: 7-14 days
UK DPD or UPS: 24 Hours
UK Tracked Mail: 1 to 2 days
Rest of World UPS: 3 to 10 days
Rest of World Registered Mail: 7 to 21 days *

As regards shipping and return policies, everything is set out in clearly on the website. We can always be contacted by email at admin@mwc.watch but no email was received as mentioned above nor any calls from (404) 317-8541. Both shipping routes Registered Mail which we use via various Post Office e.g Swiss Post, Royal Mail, AnPost etc usually $22.50 (but we offered reduced shipping at $12.50 in the run up to Christmas) versus Fedex/DHL etc at $44.50 every customer has the option of selecting the various different shipment routes.
Whilst we appreciate the customer is unhappy the fact remains that the information is all on the website very clearly setting out the delivery times and other details, Not every customer needs delivery within a few days some are happy to wait a bit longer and choose a cheaper shipping route it's not as if using a post office's antiquated it's just a more cost effective option, we've not concealed anything as alleged and were completely straightforward right from the start hence the comments on Trustpilot are defamatory by suggesting we have behaved in some way which is improper.
I don't know why the customer is accusing us of using a defensive tone when we are simply stating the facts, she had a choice as to which delivery route to use she chose the cheapest and slowest that was her choice we had no control over that.
Five stars are not enougto give MWC.
Five stars are not enough to give MWC. Firstly, I was amazed to have a reply by return to an initial question I asked on a Saturday morning!
There followed a number of emails, which were all responded to within a maximum of a couple of hours. Praise is not really enough to describe the service of MWC and the people involved in resolving my problem. I felt that I was dealing with an organisation where all the staff are working together in helping to provide a service where the customer is highly valued, a very rare experience and one that I have never and probably not encounter again.
Well done MWC I have no hesitation in recommending them unequivocally as an exceptional Company.
My personal thanks to the staff that I dealt with, it has been a real pleasure.

Many thanks for the great review. I think we all get fed up with firms where you can't get any sense out of them or are routed to a foreign call centre where you can't get the point across to anyone, consequently we go to great lengths to ensure English speakers get through to a native English-speaking staff member and Germans get a German staff member etc, because it makes everything vastly less stressful.

I purchased a watch for my Father for Christmas, unfortunately I was given the run around by DPD having waited for over a week for the item to arrive with their contact centre team being worse then useless. In contrast MWC were incredibly helpful, when reaching out they worked immediately to resolve the issue and I received a replacement watch via an alternative courier in time for Christmas. The watch is lovely as well and I would highly recommend dealing with them.
