Great customer service. Prompt delivery and communication. I purchased a Commando 200 Mecaquartz and couldn’t be any happier with the watch. Fantastic looking piece and great value.

Already have one of HGP's 200m Mecaquartz models, so I decided to try a mechanical auto, going for the Au Vieux Campeur Special Edition with the decorated case back and individual serial number.
Delivery was pretty quick given the pre advised 3 to 5 day before shipping when I ordered.
The watch itself, like the quartz, appears good quality for the price range, has a genuine 844 Monnin case, with a positive action to the bezel, it lines up as it should and there's no discernable play. The crown screws down smoothly, the lum remains readable through the night and the watch is easy to read for time at a glance.
The Seiko NH35 movement hand winds with ease, unlike some Swiss alternatives, and so far has been losing between 6 and 10 seconds per day, so within HGP'S quoted accuracy and pretty good for what is considered a basic no frills movement.
Advertised price is very reasonable, though UK buyers have to pay additional UK VAT, duties, and the couriers handling charges on import, which pushes the price up somewhat, particularly for the Auto; you are paying around €66 more for the Campeur than in the EU.
Overall a very good quality watch for the price, but for UK buyers the quartz probably makes more sense cost wise, unless obviously you are set on having an automatic.

J’ai plusieurs montres de cette marque (ainsi que la marque sœur « Woolbrok ») que j’ai achetées ces trois dernières années. Le rapport qualité prix est tout simplement imbattable avec des pièces de provenance supérieure (NSA, Monin,…).
Voilà que je commande un bracelet supplémentaire qui présente un petit défaut au niveau des pompes. Pas de problème, ils me répondent poliment qu’ils m’envoient un autre.
Au delà des produits, cette marque a aussi un service on ne peut plus sérieux et rapide.
Achetez les yeux fermés !

The watch has fully met all expectations of a true tool diver. The build quality is excellent, and on the wrist it feels like a watch that costs significantly more. The seller responds almost instantly and is very accommodating and helpful.

The purchasing process was simple and smooth, and the shipping was exceptionally fast — the watch arrived in Zagreb in less than three days from the time of ordering.

Je suis pleinement satisfait de ma nouvelle acquisition: une Diver 200m Chrono-Mécaquartz!
C’est une montre de qualité bien conçue, bien finie, robuste, attrayante sans être tape-à-l’œil.
La lisibilité est excellente et la luminescence impeccable.

Le seul point négatif est l’absence d’aiguille des seconde courante.
Cela lui donne un aspect statique qui pourrait agacer certains.
Personnellement, ce ne fut pas un aspect de conception rédhibitoire, mais…!

Bref, c’est une belle et bonne montre produite par une micro-marque française qui offre un catalogue fort intéressant.
À surveiller…
