La calidad es excelente trato cordial y servicio de mensajería extraordinario sin duda para mi el mejor calidad precio.

Es la segunda vez que compro bobinas y la verdad que antes de hacer el pedido me contestaron a todas las dudas que tenía.
El paquete llegó rápido y todo perfecto, lo recomiendo 100%

Me sorprendió la gran calidad de las bobinas. Tuve una duda tras la compra, y el servicio posventa fue rápido y eficaz.

Buena calidad y excelente atención al cliente, compraré más.

Son unos ladrones, la atención postventa es inexistente, te envían mal los pedidos y luego no te hacen ni caso, y no gestionan bien las devoluciones. Compré 2 Shimano Mgs Xsd, me enviaron uno sin manivela, han pasado ya 3 meses, y aquí sigue mi carrete sin manivela....de verguenza

I ordered from MV Spools and initially thought everything was going well because the products were delivered quickly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended.

I requested a return for three items and followed every instruction provided by MV Spools regarding the return process. I included all documents they specifically told me to send back with the parcel.

After the return was in transit, Customs contacted MV Spools requesting that they sign forms confirming the parcel was a returned order so that no import tax would be payable — exactly as MV Spools themselves had advised me. However, they refused to sign the forms.

As a result, the entire process dragged on for nearly two months. Customs eventually released the goods back to MV Spools, yet despite now having both the products and all the evidence required, they still refuse to refund me. Worse still, they have now stopped replying altogether.

Throughout the entire situation, they blamed everything on me and repeatedly claimed UPS was “a scam,” despite the fact I used UPS — one of the biggest and most reputable parcel delivery companies in the world. I simply used the courier service available to return the goods properly and securely.

The customer service has been absolutely shocking from start to finish. No accountability, no communication, and no willingness to resolve a problem they directly contributed to.

To make matters worse, the products themselves are nowhere near the quality I expected. I kept three of the spools, but they do not match the originals on my mags anywhere close in terms of appearance or finish.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. Fast delivery means nothing when the after-sales support is this poor.

Honteux !!!! Arnaque ! Commande passée depuis le 08/02/26, jamais reçue, nous sommes le 03/04/26. Le service client me dit que ça a été livré dans ma boite aux lettres, puis 1 semaine après me dit qu'en fait le transporteur n'a pas trouvé l'adresse, suivi incohérent. je demande le remboursement et on me répond qu'un nouvel envoi a été fait le 09/03 sans mon accord. Toujours pas de réception, on m'annonce que le transporteur n'a à nouveau pas trouvé l'adresse malgré l'avoir vérifiée avec le service client... Une fois je veux bien, mais deux... A ce jour on me dit que je ne serai pas remboursée tant que la marchandise ne sera pas revenu chez eux, c'est une blague ? Donc bientôt un mois que le second envoi s'est fait et ils ne me rembourse pas. Je précise aussi qu'on peut les joindre que via WhatsApp et qu'ils ne répondent plus à mes messages. C'est du vol, une procédure de contestation bancaire est en cours ainsi qu'un signalement à signal conso

Compré 2 bobinas originales para mi carrete y 4 bobinas de teflón el pedido me llegó bastante rápido y el material es de calidad.

Ordered few items, 2 of them were supposed to be available in 4 days, rest was supposed to be in stock. I payed express delivery, 48/72hrs, as needed some parts urgently. Then silence, and when asked for an updates 3 weeks later, been just send some screenshot trying to convince me that those parts should just be arriving the same day I asked. Waited another week, and no changes in status of my order. One month after order was placed, I have requested refund twice, but got no answer. At the end I'm glad I used Revolut to pay for, as process to get my refund from them was very quick and easy. Do not waste your time and money, this doesn't seems to be a shop that actually hold any parts, it looks like they just take your payment and hoping to hold on it. In the meantime, after first 2 weeks of delays, l've found those parts I urgently needed in different shop for similar price anyway, and received them in couple of days. I regularly buy things from around the world, and never had any major issues. Whoever couple of months ago I placed double order at Tradeinn, shop from Spain too, and had huge issues as well, with long weeks of delays, splitted orders, cancelled items, and damaged fishing rod missing some original wrapping being delivered in unacceptable packaging. I don't know if I was just so unlucky, or there are different standards for Spanish web shops, but I'll rather avoid ordering any goods from Spain in the future.

Cde. passée le 13/11, livraison GLS programmée le 19/11. Frais d'envoi +11€ pour 2 pièces qui pèsent moins de 25grs !!
À ce jour (03/12/24) toujours rien reçu. MVSPOOL contacté à plusieurs reprises. Par tel. personne ne décroche !
MVSPOOL rejette la faute sur son transporteur sans prendre une action commerciale vis à vis de son client. Une société digne de ce nom renverrait les pièces a son client sans attendre et se retournerait vers son transporteur pour régler son problème (ils sont assurés pour cela)
Conclusion :
Ma Cde a été payée le 13/11 et depuis Mvspool fait supporter à son client le préjudice (indépendant de ma volonté !)
Résultat je suis en panne depuis 3 semaines sans solution.
Réclamation déposée chez PAYPAL et toujours pas de nouvelles de MVSPOOL.
j'ai dû re-commander des pièces (d'origine) chez un autre fournisseur.
