Mutton Power Equipment Arvostelua

Prompt shipping and precisely the part I needed.

The parts ordered were from the original manufacturer and fit accordingly. Would order from them again.

Fast parts. Great experience

Internet order was quick, easy and accurate.....no hassles. I will certainly consider Mutton in the event I require additional John Deere XUV590E accessories.

I needed a small part for my John Deere tractor-mounted snowblower. Mutton Power Equipment had it in stock and shipped it immediately. Thanks!

Parts were exactly what I needed cost less than my local
John Deere dealer. Thank you

Very Happy with Mutton Power Eguipment. I called my local dealer for a part they wanted $62.00 plus tax. I looked online and found the same part for $50.00 plus free shipping. My local dealer is thirty min.s away, no way I'm going to drive that far and pay $12.00 more too. Local dealer informed me they would have to order the part because it wasn't a stock item. I ordered from Mutton for less money and in two days I had the part with out having to drive anywhere. And I got the part sooner from Mutton than I could from my local dealer. Next time I need a part, I'm gong to Mutton first.

I found it to be a good quality and easy to change out.

The ease of finding the part you need, quick check out and receive fast, reliable shipping makes Mutton Power my source for John Deere parts!

Right part, worked great

Everything got here quickly and all was in order.

Delivery time too long. I will not purchase again ever from here this website.

Overall great experience. Would shop here again for my JD parts. Only issue I had, but not worth taking a star from, was the lack of enough notification about the part(s) that were on back order. I was not in a hurry. The order was held up waiting for one part. One suggestion would be offering another shipping option to get all the parts on hand shipped if the customer wanted to pay extra shipping for the back ordered part.

Took a month to fix my mower. The only reason I used to go there is we knew the sales man. Then he got replaced with a new sales guy that Doesn’t want my business. He always puts 10 people in front of me I mean I’m only 15 but I spend a lot of money there. So I switched brands to kubota and I go to mores farm store much better place that actually wants my business

Had exactly what I needed at a great price, delivered very quickly.

Running a nationwide company, this is the worst service department I have dealt with in my 20 years of experience. Dropping equipment off for warranty work, it has been taking an average of 2 weeks to get anything back. It is difficult to run a business with this kind of service. It is unfortunate this is the only John Deere dealer in the area.

Easy to find the correct part compared to other sites. Competitive price.
The only negative was the fact that my package was handed over to USPS for the last leg of the trip. This caused a delay in getting my needed part even though I paid extra for the 3-day delivery.

The John Deere Seat fit perfectly. It was delivered quickly and I am very satisfied with it. Had to go to the local hardware store and get some longer bolts to install but not an issue.
