Music Shop Europe Arvostelua 

J'ai payé une partition qui était sensé être téléchargeable en ligne. Ma carte a bien été débité. J'ai reçu la facture mais aucun lien de téléchargement pour la partition. Je n'ai eu aucune réponse à mon mail. Je n'ai pas beaucoup d'espoir pour l'avoir un jour ou être remboursé...

I placed an order for "Piccolo! Piccolo! Book 1" on September 13th and wrote an email to query where my order was. Yet, nearly 2 months later, I still get no response. Not recommendable AT ALL !!!

Manuel de guitare reçu, commandé via Amazon mais dans un état déplorable ! Toutes les pages du manuel s'en vont une à une depuis la réception du manuel. Personne ne répond chez musicshop ni par téléphone ni par mail ! Très déçue

First time I order a score, it took 7 months!!! Second time I paid a supplement of 20€ in order to have it on time (apparentely, 2-3 working days), but it is not true at all (already 25 days waiting). I want my 20€ back (as I cannot see any difference between to pay the supplement or not, because the score is, anyway, delayed), but not answer. Absolutely NOT RECCOMENDABLE!

Honteux, scandaleux !
Furieux contre ce site et son soi-disant "service" client.
J'ai commandé il y a un mois deux partitions pour 300€ qui ne m'ont pas été livrées, malgré la mention disponible sous 2 à 3 jours !
Aucune réponse par téléphone (0367300707 et 03898212060) ou mail malgré une centaine de tentatives !
Tous mes messages restent sans réponse jusqu'à présent.

It may be a cheap website to find music but it is also a very disappointing website to buy one. Order of April 18 hasn't arrived as of this review. Was told it will be in NL around 25 May. 3 follow-up emails sent for order update but no response. Reading all reviews, I cannot say it more- UNRELIABLE, especially when you have a concert prepared and your music sheet do not arrive.

I ordered a score and parts and was told it would take 10 days to ship. Fine. After 10 days I called to check the status of the order and was told that the piece wasn’t available and that they’d have to give me a refund and that there was nothing they could do to help. They sat on my money for 10 days and now I have to place a special shipment from the US. I hope I don’t have to cancel my performance if we don’t receive the scores in time, all thanks to this company.

Ordered in The Netherlands. The delivery was quite fast and all the books I ordered did arrive. The only issue was that my order disappeared from the website. It was there at first and then, poof, gone! The invoice could still be found, but I could not check the status. Maybe it was just a random error. Other than that, everything was ok.
By the way, on the box, it said that the books were shipped by Hal Leonard Europe rather than Music Shop Europe.

Music Shop Europe has the most terrible customer service. I ordered a score a month ago and have sent multiple emails with no reply. If you try calling their number, there is no possibility to get a live person. And guess what? Still no music.

I decided to go on Facebook and see if I could get ahold of someone another way, and I read reviews from countless people who had experienced the same thing I had. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

When I did not receive the book I ordered they promised to refund me. I still have not received a refund.

I made an order at beginning of December and still it hasn't been fulfilled. None of my emails are replied to and their phone doesn't get answered. They have either gone out of business or are just a bunch of crooks. Either way, don't shop here.

J'ai commandé au mois de novembre une partition assez onéreuse qui ne m'a jamais été livrée
Suite à un message, il m'a été répondu vers la fin du mois de décembre que les commandes, qui partaient d'un entrepôt du Suffolk, connaissaient du retard; Mais début janvier je n'avais toujours pas été livré et restais sans information
J'ai envoyé de nouveaux messages demandant où en était ma commande / son expédition / son suivi, et pour finir ai demandé le remboursement de ma commande
Mes messages restent sans réponse.
Il est impossible de joindre MusicShop via le n° de téléphone indiqué sur leur site = le seveur vocal vous renvoie vers le site internet (où aucune réponse ne vous est envoyée) ou vers une musique d'attente qui n'en finit pas

Je suis client de Music Shop Europe par mon compte Amazon. Satisfait des prix de ce vendeur, qui sont corrects, et de ses services de commande, facturation et livraison.
