Murray Travel Arvostelua

Booked onto the Grand Canaria trip from Inverness in February 2026.

Booking was seamless with Martha at the Inverness branch sorting it all, with great communication throughout.

Everything from arrival at Inverness Airport through to hotel check in was effortless. MT staff were available throughout the week for any queries.

Murray Travel really do go that extra mile and utilising our local airport makes such a difference rather than trekking down to Glasgow or Edinburgh.

We wouldn't hesitate to book holidays with Murray Travel again.

Superb organisation from all the team at Murray Travel with special thanks to Jacqi (Branch Manager). From tentative enquiries to final booking of flights, hotels, transfers, Rocky Mountaineer travel and cruise with Celebrity we cannot fault our experience. It was great to know someone had our backs if anything were to go wrong (as has happened to us before as independent travellers) As was said to us at the end..'Don't be sad it's over - be glad it happpened'. When can we do it again?

This was fifth holiday arranged by Murray Travel. As with all the previous ones it was able to tailor a holiday to our specific requirements. We were given various options from which to choose, which was valuable. Martha, our contact, was able to tweak things in an efficient manner.
We were kept up to date with any alterations, eg airlines changing flight times. All documents arrived on time.
She also took the time for a follow-up talk, to give us the opportunity to make observations in order to help MT improve their service.
We would highly recommend Murray Travel and will certainly be using it again. A first class service.

The personal touch shown by Gemma Herron at Murray travel Elgin and the care taken to ensure all aspects of our Atlantic Canadian holiday was planned to our requirements, which ensured we had a great trouble free holiday.
Flight, train travel and Hotels were all good as were the excursions to see icebergs off St.Johns and the falls at Niagara. Thank you .

Susan Freeman Travel Representative at Murray Travel in Inverness never fails to surprise us with her customer focused dedication ensuring that the customer has a holiday tailor made to meet ( and exceed) their expectations. Our holiday to Malta was exceptional in every way , Susan guided us through destination , hotel choice and transfers , taking time to understand what we wanted. Hotel Victoria AX Malta was first class, excellent range of well presented food, very central and the staff most helpful. Thank You Susan and all at Murray Travel.

Everything went as planned. Susan at Murray Travel had organised all flights and transfers which made our journeys easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our first cruise experience.

Firstly, I’d like to say , after many years of travel, Murray Travel are the best agents we’ve been with. The staff are the most helpful in advising and organising your holiday arrangements to suit your requests. I have recommended them to other people.
We are completely confident in entrusting all our holiday planning in the more than capable hands of Aimee Morgan. The wonderful ‘ big’ birthday surprise of bubbles on ice and birthday wishes card in our room on arrival, made the start of holiday so special. Touches like that are so thoughtful of Aimee.

We are just back from Montreal having had a great Road trip along part of the St Laurence River.
Murray Travel arranged our flights and the care we got from Tracy was first class. She kept us informed of all our needs - booking seats, checking we knew to have travel insurance a d an ETA to get into Canada. All went smoothly and I would recommend Murray Travel.

We were struggling to even source a location for a holiday due to going with our two twenty year olds - needing a mix of exploring and relaxation. Murray travel and Martha specifically nailed it !!! Had probably one of our best holidays and Murray travel organised everything - seamless transfers etc !!! Will defo use again !

Excellent service from Murray traveland jennifer the rep was most patient with us as we chopped and changed our plans

First class service from Susan in the Inverness office, Several options offered in Berlin - great flight times and hotel was excellent too. Susan kept us up to date with everything. We are already looking at booking next holiday. Thank you xx

From initial contact and research through to the welcome home card Gillian could not have been more helpful. Would thoroughly recommend as the “go to” travel agent.

Jen, of Murray Travel Forres, provided an excellent service organising our Swiss Glacier Holiday which took place in April of this year. Jen is aware that I like to have everything on paper and not rely on technology and she had this done to a T. Jen is friendly, efficient and very reliable. I have since been back to book another holiday for early next year when we travel to Tenerife, I would highly recommend Jen.

We had a trip of a lifetime idea which Murray Travel Inverness and in particular Tracy Ian made a reality. She liaised with Kirker Travel and set up a seamless luxury journey which we will never forget. Tracy dealt with every detail to make our trip perfect. She also communicated well both before and after our trip. I cannot fault their organization and will definitely book with them again.

A wonderful well organised trip of a lifetime. From moment we arrived at St Pancras till we touched down in Heathrow everything had been arranged and there was no need to worry about anything. All transfers were there waiting . Kept you well informed and treated you like royalty

We were so pleased and relieved we had booked our cruise and holiday with Dot in Murray Travel Nairn. Because of the troubles in the Middle East, all original flights had to be changed. Many people who had booked their cruise with other companies were let down and indeed had little response from them. All new arrangements worked smoothly for us and we met many people who had been inconvenienced by their new travel details and some who still didn’t know the arrangements for their journey home. Booking through a travel agent is definitely worth it! Many thanks Murray Travel!

We recently had the pleasure of going on a wonderful holiday organized by Murray Travel, and we can't recommend their services highly enough. They had been recommended by family members who had dealt with them a number of times previously.

From the moment we reached out to discuss our plans, they were attentive and enthusiastic. They took the time to understand our preferences, budget, and desired experiences.

We stayed in a beautiful hotel that met our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was ideal—close to major attractions and ideal for transport options.

Our travel agent provided insider tips that truly enriched our experience.

From airport transfers to local transportation, everything was taken care of. We never had to worry about logistics, allowing us to focus on enjoying our time on holiday.

The attention to detail and personalized service provided by Murray Travel truly made this trip stand out.

The usual attention to detail ensured another wonderful holiday. Aimee and her colleagues bring so much knowledge and experience to the planning of what you need and want.

We booked our ‘bucket list’ holiday to Japan with Kacie from the Elgin branch, and the whole experience was perfect from start to finish. Kacie dealt with all our requests, and amendments, with a smile and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. Online check-in was completed on our behalf while we were away, and we came home to the lovely touch of a ‘welcome home’ card & gift voucher. All in all, it felt like Kacie and Murray Travel really cared that we had the best holiday - and we did. We’ll definitely use Murray Travel again!

Aimee was amazing. told her where we wanted to go and roughly when and she came back with great options in our price range. took all the stress out of booking our trip. she went the extra mile and I would definitely recommend booking through Murray Travel.
