Third trip booked with RMW - great service, great experience as always

Amazing 3 stop south African adventure over the course of 8 nights. Accommodation was excellent and safari was a real highlight! The booking process was easy, excellent communication with Isobel and the team, WhatsApp concierge and quick response to all of our queries!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Communication was excellent and response times to any questions asked was superb. We had various check in sessions along the way which put our minds at ease if we had any questions. We have booked through many different travel agents over the years and Rock My World goes above and beyond. Nothing was ever a problem and felt reassured when we were away that they were at the end of a phone if needed. Can’t wait to book our next adventure with them.

Just back after our 2 weeks. The team took our ideas for an itinerary and brought them to life quickly, efficiently and, ultimately, in a truly memorable and amazing spanish tour. We enjoyed lots of attention in advance of our trip and felt very confident embarking on our adventure. Took a way a lot of the hassle and let us concentrate on all the important stuff! Will be using the RMW team again for sure.

Make great recommendations, tailored to preferences and make everything so easy and check in to make sure everything going to plan. Take all the stress away!

The Rock My World team were very professional and personable. Isobel in particular was just lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish, our experience with Rock My World has been truly excellent. We felt very well looked after throughout. I gave Isobel a list of what we wanted from the holiday and she delivered on every point — nothing was overlooked.

The care in the lead-up to our trip to IKOS Oceania was superb: regular contact when we needed it, documents easy to access, and everything organised well ahead of time so there was nothing to chase. Isobel and Donna checked in with us at different points during the holiday too, just to make sure everything was going smoothly.

It’s that combination of attention to detail and genuine reassurance that stands out — I felt confident that if anything had gone wrong, they’d have sorted it without fuss. We’ll definitely be booking with them again.

Great communication and happy to help at any point.

The Rock My World team provided an amazing service with booking our 3 week multi-centre trip to Australia. They patiently answered all our questions and were on hand when we were away to deal with any issues. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again

Excellent support from start to finish to book a fantastic family holiday. Isobel and Donna listened to our needs and offered lots of knowledgeable options. Would highly recommend RMW.

The whole holiday was taken care of great communication and would highly recommend

I have booked through RMW many times . It is good to know that your holiday is secure, that all the checking in, transfer etc are taken care off and that you can just relax

We asked for an all inclusive holiday that was less than 1 hours drive from airport, private transfers, and was able to cater for adults, and children aged between 2 and 18 years. RMW gave us 4 options which all looked good. The girls decided on Liberty Signe and it didn't disappoint. The service from RMW was fab, from texts to see how we were to providing support on changes to meals, rooms and so on. The gang want to know when I'm doing this again so that says how good the whole experience was. Big thanks to RMW and Liberty Signe

Team crafted a fantastic holiday which exceeded our expectations and made a three stop holiday really easy and affordable. They kept us right at every step before we left and checked in while we were way. Excellent service from the team. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Rock my World were fab. Helpful, thorough, extremely excellent communication and on hand for any issues.

Great service, stress-free holiday.

Super service from RMW Team, thank you to Mark and Donna for all your help. We had a bit if an itinerary for this trip and everything was organised for us, options provided for flights, transfers, hotels and a ferry. All booked and sorted for us all we needed to do was turn up at check in desks and off we went. We had a super holiday packed alot in and had the peace of mind that should we need the RMW team would be there to help.

Everything was taken care of not the standard summer holiday package big organisations offer- everything was tailored for us. We got personal recommendations to my sons interests and managed to cover everything and more

RMW booked the itinerary we wanted and found us some great hotels. They were readily available to sort out a check in issue prior to our trip (even on a Sunday afternoon!)

Fabulous holiday. Brilliant communication from dedicated agent as soon as we placed booking. Everything very clear with regular checkins to ensure we had all visas etc in place. Delighted with everything!
