Quality products but I miss the golf balls being in the boxes

This is the second box I've received, and just like the first box there's 2 items of use. For this box a shirt and a glove. The rest of the trinkets/gadgets are mostly space fillers for the box. Once again a box of tees and impact tape, this time two odd shape designed ball markers, a hat with what appears to be an egg sandwich design, a scorecard cover (same one sent last time), a fairway wood cover, and some magnetic phone holder so you can record your swing.

1 box, 2 box, no box, done!

Now Mullybox has flagged my review as they don't think it's based on a genuine experience. Trustpilot has contacted me to provide more information for them. If I could post a photo of what I received in the box I would. Do yourself a favor, keep your $110 or $125 and go to Dick's, Golf Galaxy, PGA Superstore, or other golf brick & mortar store and buy exactly what you want.

Shipping was swift, the merchandise was good quality and it made my husband smile when he opened it :)

Mully is good at addressing problems that arise. To me it's not only about quality but reaction when something goes wrong. I have had a couple of mistakes that were taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Multiple advanced email warning of needed payment update. Prompt response to my questions. Allowed me to continue with the subscription even though the payment update was late. Great Customer Service.

I think you website should post some of the things that customers receive or show last quarters box just as an example. This will make customer more certain about what he is signing up for

It was awesome product and very exciting to get the box.

Seemed to be a lil over priced, spent $111.00 for $250 worth of product. buying at a store would probably be 111 dollars worth max. Seems like good products, look forward to trying them, but dought I'll try another box. I could see spending $50 and it being a good half price value.

Couldn’t be more pleasantly surprised with my first box. I was expecting a few balls, tees and a polo but they blew that out of the water. Highly recommend for newer golfers especially.

I liked the idea of the quarterly sets. What I didn’t like is the layout option. I was given a gift card to cover cost for the full year but when I paid for the first qtr with the gc it still had me pay with my PayPal account and charged me a penny in my PayPal account. Not sure why. Not sure how I am going to pay with my gc in 3 months. Do I get a bill or do you charge my PayPal and if so than the gc is useless and I am paying more than I have to

I would have rated it 5 stars, however, I never received a tracking number and had no idea when I would get my stuff.

Quality of items in the box seems to be declining. No more sleeve of balls, only basic tees each time, many repeat accessories items in this box (repeated item examples: club cleaning brush attachment, basic ball marker, phone stand for cart or club pole).

There was nothing "new" to try.

I was not given a confirmation email until days later after my order. I sent an email asking them why it wouldn’t set up an account and still have not heard back from them (5 days later). Their site is broken and does not allow you to create a new account.
