This company is not in USA, it's a Chinese made product, I ordered one on January 26th & still have not received it, today is June 14th, there have been many excuses made for the delay including Chinese New Year, issues with the ship, issues with their logistics partner etc etc. I suspect a scam but other reviews here seem to make AESWGOF legit.
Their customer service is poor, I have been doing all the chasing & the feedback is not great from them. I truly hope this isn't a scam & hopefully it arrives soon, almost 5 months is a joke.

First of all, we want to clearly state that there has never been any form of concealment or deception from our side.
Our company is based in the United States, while our factory is located in China. This structure is used to reduce production costs and allow customers to purchase at more affordable prices.
This is a pre-order item, which means the shipping timeline is longer than in-stock products. As of May, the shipment has already entered the post-customs delivery stage. However, after being handed over to DPD, there was a logistics error and the tracking status stopped updating for a long period of time.
We have already been in contact with the carrier to investigate this issue, and we have explained this situation to you honestly. Unfortunately, despite continuous communication, there has been ongoing pressure and refusal to accept the explanation provided.
At no point have we refused to deliver your order or marked it as completed. There has been no fraudulent behavior whatsoever. Since no refund request was made by you, the order has remained active in the system.
However, due to the misunderstanding reflected in the negative review and the lack of mutual agreement, we believe we are no longer able to reach a satisfactory resolution together. Therefore, we have proactively initiated a full refund for you.
Once this is processed, the shipment will be handled by our logistics team and reassigned to another customer.
We appreciate your past support of AESWGOF.

Product was as advertised and is fun to use on the golf course. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants, or needs, to get around the golf course easier, faster, and to have more fun throughout their round. It is 80-ish pounds, so it is quite heavy for a shorter person to have to lift up into an SUV, Or car trunk in my experience. The build quality and balance is perfect! My review would have been a 5-star rating but the shipping took a bit longer than I expected.

Shipping was fantastic, came well packaged. Product is awsome, but wish I would of read alittle closer. Weight of Product is more that I can handle. Will have to sell it before I can use it.

The foldable shipping weight of the product (without the battery) is approximately 35 kg, which is considered a heavy-duty design for stability and durability on the golf course.

Excellent product and service from AESWGOF
The GO2 Pro trolley arrived on time and communications with AESWGOF were very good.
The trolley is very well made with good quality materials and the 20Ah battery life is excellent, it run for 36km and the 30% warning light had not yet come on.
The motors are strong enough to carry my 95kg weight up very steep hills.
The only negative comment is that the auto-run speed is too slow and it is not very easy to turn in trolley mode however riding the trolley is very easy and a lot of fun. it is turning a lot of heads at my golf club.
Overall I am very happy with the product.

My motorized cart suffered a break of a main member of the cart. AESWGOF worked w me to fix the dissaster by shipping me the replacement parts along with a detailed video of the repair process.
They responded to my needs in a timely fashion and were available for help along the way.

Brought the fun back to golf.
the trolley took longer to deliver than mentioned when ordered but after emailing Aeswgof they explained the delay. I was promised the latest version due to the delay but this never materialised. however i am happy with the trolley dispute the the large battery that i have made a plate for instead of carrying in the golf bag.

Regarding the delivery delay and model version, we understand your concern. At the time your order was placed, it was for the Go2 version rather than the Go2 Pro. Although we did request the warehouse to prioritize the latest version where possible, the Pro model has been experiencing significantly higher demand, which sometimes results in slower fulfillment.
For this reason, your order was fulfilled with the original version from the available stock at that time. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or expectation difference caused by this.

Got my scooter after 3 months. So a bit delayed.
Scooter is good but the separation and putting it together is fragile. Strange solution which is an issue.

New Model
The ordering process was easy, it did take some time to get my order, but it is a new model and wasn't built until late March. Very pleased with the whole experience. The cart was easy to assemble, even though the book didn't cover the new updated battery. I will be using the cart on the course for the first time today.

Well Deaigned but some changes needed
The product is well designed but there are a couple improvements needed. The umbrella bracket where it attaches only has the serrated notches on one side so the umbrella is not securely attached and moves around which annoying. The brake is not adequate to slow down on a sloped surface. The lowest speed setting is too fast for walking and requires constant on-off to maintain a smooth walking pace.
The battery placement redesign is a huge improvement but I bought my unit about 2 months prior to the change.
Overall, the unit performs pretty well and I would recommend buying it provided the above suggestions are made.
Communication and customer support are excellent.

the sales part went well and the delivery was as expected, only I used the cart ones and I was coverred in mud...so it's a good dry weather cart as far as my experience goes...?

The communication was very timely and friendly. The product design is also excellent. I received it last Friday. On Saturday, I tried it out while playing with my friends. They were all very curious and interested in the product. It’s really a great design. My friends also said they wanted to buy it. I’ve seen before where the battery was stored inside the ball bag. But in this model, the battery is located at the back of the product. That’s really convenient. Thank you so much.

One critique, but great product
This product in my opinion is easily 5 stars, I only gave it four, because people glimpse over the 5 star reviews but there is one small thing I think needs to be addressed. The metal bag carrier that the bag sits on needs to be slightly wider and maybe curve in a little to bring the straps more forward to grab easier. Also, the security straps I think need to be slightly longer for bigger golf bags.
The frame and tires are robust, the one click conversion from walking to riding is easy and great. Although I just received the product, I am very happy with the product. I splurged and bought the bigger battery, let’s see how things play out over the next year regarding the battery. Very nice product, very happy in the early uses. I wish the company success, I can easily see buying another one in the years to come.
