Giudizio riferito al mio acquisto ad inizio 2020, tavolo multi gioco a mio parere molto carino, funzionale e costruttivo per i bambini che si apprestano a giocarci.
A fine 2021 mi sono nuovamente avvicinata all’azienda perché avrei voluto replicare l’acquisto, l’idea era di fare un regalo ad un’amica particolarmente cara. Purtroppo sì nota subito la disattenzione del servizio clienti, probabilmente portata dalle ultime vicende societarie ma con grande rammarico ho optato per un altra soluzione.
Peccato perché il concetto e il suo design mi avevano veramente soddisfatta!

Ho acquistato Mutable qualche giorno fa e dopo poche ore (prima che mi arrivasse a casa) il prezzo sul sito è stato ribassato di 50 euro circa. Ho inviato due email per chiedere speigazioni ma nessuno mi ha risposto. Credo non sia un comportamento corretto. Comunque prezzo esagerato per un prodotto di qualità normale. David

Per contratto ho effettuato un reso
Senza aver mai aperto il gioco per doppio regalo a mio figlio.
Inscatolato per bene e con cura l’ho chiuso consegnandolo al banco delle poste.
Pagato la spedizione, e dopo un po’ mi mandando la foto del gioco aperto per cui non si può effettuare il reso.
Azienda da evitare assolutamente.

Modern day thieves. They did a kickstarter, took our money and sold the company without delivering the product all whilst bull shitting the investors through update that were completely fake.

Sold me a product. Never delivered and after waiting for approx 2 years they said they wouldn’t be providing the product (MUwall) and not able to provide a refund as they had sold this side of the business! Total disgrace. I wouldn’t trust this company to either deliver a product nor to deliver within the given timeframes.

Colis reçu aujourd'hui, grande rapidité de livraison et emballage soigné. Produits conformes à la description donné, je suis même positivement surprise de la solidité. Un bel achat que je ne regrette pas

Cette société a escroqué près de 450 personnes pour plus de 300000€ dans un Kickstarter. Après 2 ans à faire espérer les contributeurs, ceux-ci n’auront rien!

Dopo aver raccolto più di 300mila€ tramite crowdfunding hanno tenuto nascosto a tutti i finanziatori la vendita del loro marchio e dei loro prodotti salvo poi annunciare dopo 2 anni (temporeggiando a causa della pandemia) che i debiti relativi al nuovo progetto erano intestato ad una società non inclusa nella procedura di vendita. Hanno lasciato tutti con un pugno di mosche in mano.

They collected money via crowdfunding and then denied the reward keeping their other business alive. They sold their fruitful business and kept debts in a “bad company” leaving hundreds of fundraisers with nothing in their hands.

Experiencia malísima, nos han estafado dinero a través de la plataforma Kickstarter, se ha declarado insolvente ante el estado mientras nos prometía la entrega del producto. Tuve la oportunidad de comprar otros productos antes de esta estafa y uno de ellos no funciona y no me han brindado ninguna solución, tengo un proyector que ni funciona y culpa a apple de sus actualizaciones, cuando los que deberían actualizar el producto son ellos, pésima atención al cliente y ladrones en potencia.

Appalling behaviour on Kickstarter. Took our funding and used it to better the company and sold it on including the project we funded without giving us back anything. Disgraceful company.

I backed them on Kickstarter for their MUWall prototype, after 18 months of stringing us along with false promises of delivering, they turned around and said no MUWall, no refunds and oh we sold our company too 🙄 and they have done nothing to ease our frustration of running away with our €311,000!
Am very disappointed!

Perdi toda a minha confiança na Mukako, a partir do momento que através do Kickstarter ficaram com mais de 300 000€ De várias pessoas de todo o mundo, incluindo eu. O dinheiro servia para adquirir o novo produto que eles não chegaram a criar, MuWall, e que nao chegaram a reembolsar-nos.

J ai poursuis en adhérant au produit muwall via kickstarter. Après 18 mois de mensonges en tout genre je viens d apprendre que le produit ne verra jamais la chambre de mon garçon. 1638€ pas 1 mail pas d excuses que de promesses et mensonges

Company has used kickstarter to add investment for a new product. This ultimately failed, which is generally fine. However, they kept silence far beyond the company was sold to Stokke to avoid reimbursement. Stokke/Mukako basically scammed their clients by >300k EUR. This says a lot about both companies..

Questo brand ha truffato centinaia di persone su Kickstarter con il loro progetto su Muwall.
Hanno raccolto EUR 311.000 e sono spariti senza rimborsare nessuno.

If you are based in the uk and want to place an order be ready to pay a premium. The company is meant to remove the Italian tax duties and you can pay the uk taxes however what they do is make you pay for both. Unfortunately they haven’t figured it out yet and therefore the item comes at a huge premium if ordered from the uk (since brexit). Customer service tries to explain it and are good in responding however it doesn’t change the fact that they need to figure the policies out. If you are ready to pay the extra 75-100£ then go ahead as it is a great product but I don’t think it’s right to pay so much, just because the company hasn’t figured it properly out yet.

Extremely poor customer service. I spent €500 - €600 with this company and they refuse to send me a piece that is missing from the table unless I pay more money for it.

The table and chairs have both discoloured and chipped - poor quality.

The accessories are flimsy and fall down very easily. My sister refused to use hers.

E arrivato il pacco, e anche se la mail di conferma diceva che mi era arrivato tutto il pacco mi sembrava troppo piccolo. E penso che comunque sarà stato da assemblere. E finalmente arriva babbonatale per mio figlio di due anni apre il pacco, solo due sedie e la sacca. Grazie mutable ma nel pacco mancano molte cose.

Comprato bundle tavolo, sedie e accessori con due settimane di anticipo su santa Lucia come regalo. Nonostante il sito continui a riportare spedizioni in 24h, dopo 4gg dal pagamento abbiamo dovuto sollecitare la spedizione. Spedizione eseguita con due diversi pacchi e affidata a dhl che dopo altri 3gg (per una distanza di soli 50km) ha consegnato uno solo dei pacchi. L'altro disperso. Da 4gg riceviamo solo risposte generiche ed evasive dall'assistenza mukako che evidentemente non è in grado di gestire la proprio logistica e i propri fornitori. Sconsigliati
