Phone arrived next day, amazing. Everything working perfectly. Only thing the customer support could be better and answer when queried. Overall, I am definitely buying from them again.

Returned item never fixed or updated

Bought some redmi earbuds from the webstore, they arrived promptly and were to my satisfaction, happy days. However after a few days there was an issue with the buds connecting to each other and pairing with a phone. I followed the online instructions on how to fix the issue to no avail. I then emailed the store outlining what I had done and asked if there was anything else or should they be returned for inspection/refund. The next day I received an email saying that I had followed all the right steps and since they were still not working that I should send them back to be checked out by the technical team. Since returning the ear buds I have sent several follow up emails to ask the whereabouts and status of the earbuds. I have had no reply to any of my follow up emails. It seems to be very strange customer service after being so helpful in the beginning. I would caution any potential buyers to be aware of any follow up service with purchased products

Sending wrong and half priced…

Sending wrong and half priced consignments to customers. No response for mails.
Truly it is a matter of concern. Think twice before making any payment. Not recommended at all.
Since a week I contacted them no response.

Phone upgrade

Phone was delivered in two days,as I was informed. Clear buying information on the website . I previously had the 11pro 5g and it was time for the upgrade, very comfortable phones to manage.

I ordered a pair of earphones the price and postage was very reasonable. Delivery was very fast too

Ok before

Previously got a phone and power bank both still working good.

Wanted to use them again to get a Xiaomi TV Box S (top selling item on website),sold out.

Email to see when will have one, give us 7 working days, again email, we will be back shortly , 2 days later still waiting.

Not an official Xiaomi website etc either, do some research before buying if in doubt
