Seit 3 Jahre versuche ich Cubic zu nutzen, es hat hin und wieder funktionieret aber im großen ganzen habe ich den Eindruck das Audi sich hier ein Kuckucksei ins Nest geholt hat. Ich bin bereit den Hohen Gebühren zu zahlen, schaffe es nicht zuverlässig Datenguthaben zu kaufen. Cubic macht dass ich keine Lust mehr habe bei denen oder sogar Audi, was ich schon seit mehr als 25 Jahre fahre, weiter Kunde zu Bleiben.

Je voulais remplacer mon adresse e-mail mais ne pouvant pas le faire moi-même, j’ai demandé à Cubic de le faire à ma place. Ils ont mis tout en oeuvre pour me trouver une solution à ma demande mais ils n’avaient pas la possibilité de le faire de leur côté. Ils m’ont accompagné jusqu’au bout et même après ils étaient présents. Ils m’ont donné une solution et à quel moment la mettre à exécution.
Je les remercie pour leur dévouement.

Based on our investigation, the root cause appears to be related to the vehicle’s configuration, which unfortunately lies outside of Cubic’s control. To resolve the issue fully, the next step will need to be completed by your Audi dealership, as they are best placed to correct the underlying problem.

Allo scadere del mio pacchetto dati, pur avendolo rinnovato per tempo, mi sono trovato senza collegamento ad internet nella mia vettura. Me ne sono accorto dopo diversi giorni, li ho contattati e in breve tempo hanno risolto il problema. Ho trovato gentilezza e cortesia sia da parte di chi mi ha risposto al telefono sia da parte di chi mi ha contattato via email. Ho molto apprezzato il fatto che il conteggio del nuovo pacchetto sia partito non dalla sua attivazione ma da quando il problema è stato risolto, questo è indice di serietà.
