MSC Cruises – Ireland Arvostelua 

Our second MSC Cruise and it was just as amazing as last year on Seaview.
The professionalism of onboard staff, the quality of the food and dining experience, the beautiful balcony cabin, the cleanliness of every part of the ship and the entertainment throught the day and night are just fantadtic. MSC provide a very high standard and they never let it drop.

​We recently returned from our MSC cruise, and it was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. What truly made this trip spectacular was the incredible crew.
​A massive shoutout to our dining waiters, Maradonna and Carlos. They provided world-class service every single evening. They weren't just attentive and professional; their warm personalities made every dinner feel like a special occasion. They anticipated our every need and truly went above and beyond for us.
​We were also blown away by our housekeeper, Winatara. Our cabin was kept absolutely immaculate throughout the entire sailing. Coming back to such a spotless, well-maintained room every day was a luxury.
​Beyond the amazing staff, the onboard experience was top-notch:
​The Specialty Restaurants: Every single meal here was an culinary absolute delight. The quality of the food and the ambiance are worth every penny.
​The Entertainment: The production value of the shows was fantastic. There was never a dull moment on board, and the talent was truly impressive.

Exceptional Staff Recognition on MSC World America

Here is my feedback

I recently sailed on MSC World America, and I wanted to take the time to share what was honestly one of the best cruise experiences I have ever had.

I travel with MSC quite often, but this cruise was truly amazing. I absolutely loved being invited to the Secret Bar/Speakeasy experience. Out of all the shows and entertainment I've experienced on cruises, this was by far my favourite. The cabaret was outstanding, and the atmosphere was incredible.

What really made the experience special, however, was the staff. They were professional, caring, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Because of this experience, I am already looking at booking another cruise so I can return to the Speakeasy, enjoy the bands again, and relive such a fantastic experience.

I would particularly like to recognise the following team members:

Jack Daniel
Bar Team Member / Front of House at the Telephone Box Entrance
He is an absolute credit to MSC. Whether at the pool area or at the Speakeasy, he was always friendly, professional, hardworking, and welcoming. Everyone loved speaking with him, and his customer service was exceptional. He is the kind of employee every company would love to have, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

Redbudin
What a character! He made everyone feel welcome and brought so much energy and entertainment to the experience. He is incredibly talented and played a huge part in making the Speakeasy so memorable.

Melissa
Melissa was a wonderful host warm, friendly, professional, and always smiling. She made guests feel valued and looked after throughout the experience.

Gary
Gary was another standout. He brought so much personality to his role and was excellent in character. He was welcoming, entertaining, and very talented at what he does.

As the owner of a recruitment company, I know firsthand how difficult it is to find and retain exceptional staff. To have four team members of this calibre in one venue is rare. They all represent MSC Cruises brilliantly and played a huge part in making my holiday unforgettable.

Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to each of them. I sincerely hope they receive recognition for the fantastic work they do.

The good weather always helps your staff and horizon, bar and your main dining restaurant i was on table 554 were lovely people.\n And when you're a solo traveller\n It's nice to be made to feel welcome. I'm looking forward to cruise again with msc

MSC Divina eastern med cruise was excellent value for money. The staff are lovely and friendly. The food choice and drinks are plentiful. Everything is so well organised. The stops on the cruise were beautiful.

What an adventure. A different city every day a new adventure awaits just outside the port. A friendly environment, and in general most people are pleasant and happy to be there. Staff always had a smile and were ready to help if needed. A great adventure

We would have preferred a less capacity ship with less children and more People of the same language

Fantastic ship, amazing staff and a great time had by all tge family.

The service was very good unfortunately I became ill and my husband brought me to the medical center were in recived excellent care and the service for the room was outstanding from Yasah cabin 14056 excellent and recived meals unfortunately I wasn't able to eat but had another trip back to medical center and after that I was good very good

The dining and staff in the restaurant were a big part of it. We really enjoyed the food and the excursions were amazing

Excellent experience onboard MSC Euriba. Norwegian cruise is full of stunning scenery. Food, entertainment and overall experience is great value.

Like the ship, don’t like this group booking where you can’t checkin before hand and select seats.

Disappointed with the sheer volume of people versus the space on the ship. Whil I can't praise the ground staff enough I feel MSC have a lot to improve on when it comes to entertainment quality in particular and maybe consider lowering overall numbers on board as I found the sea days unbearable onboard due to volume of people.
My cabin assistant was fantastic.

First time cruiser and after this unfortunately probably my last, after this experience.
